Donna is amazing, I was intimidated to go back into a gym and Donna made it comfortable to take that next step. She works with the abilities of your body creating a program that helps you get strong mentally and physically. I highly recommend Donna for that little kick in the butt to help you achieve your goals while having some good laughs.

Donna has been my trainer for years. I felt comfortable and at ease with her right from the start. She is super knowledgeable and has worked with me through many struggles with (MVA & work) injuries, old and new. She always finds a way to help me strengthen and improve. She’s been a constant source of encouragement and support on my journey. Donna really does help make you Feel Good about fitness and yourself!
