I brought my mother's 2016 Nissan Rogue to Avenue Nissan because the engine would stall whenever she came to a stop but it wouldn't happen every time I brought the car there the first time they told me it was the throttle body assembly that had to be replaced they replaced it but the issue didn't go away so they put the original part back and told me they adjusted the TPS sensor and cleaned it so my issue was resolved and I could pick up the vehicle.2 days later same issue occurred and so I brought the car back once again they called me a couple of days later and told me that they finally found the issue and that they had to replace a solenoid and assures me that the car was 100 percent and they fixed the issue 3 days later same issue so I called the service manager to complain that the issue had not been resolved even after I spent close to $1000.00 between diagnosis,parts and labor and that I wanted to bring the car back to them and have them fix it but I would not pay any more$$$the service manager told me that he would not charge me for diagnosis but I'd still have to pay for parts and labor to which I refused stating that twice he assured me the Vehicle was fixed and twice he put myself and my mother in a vehicle that was not safe to drive and that I already paid them twice for repairs done to the vehicle that it didn't need and now they want to charge me again for what? Another I think we fixed it this time I wonder if they will get in contact with me after this review or if I should call Global news to get someone to help me

I must give Avenue Nissan a 2 star. I have been going here for nearly 5 years. Paul and his team were very pleasant l. Took all my queries seriously and made sure everything was alright. But its not the same any more, ever since paul left. Recently I went there to get my wipers checked out. They seem to stop working randomly. Instead of addressing my concerns I was told to come back next time wipers are not working....well the problem is - there might not be a next time if they stop working when I am driving on the 401. I kind of got the feeling that their priority was closing the case asap instead of addressing my concerns. I had to book a new appointment with Scarborough Nissan and I hope they can look into it. I hope management addresses the work culture based on my comments.

I do not recommend. There was a great salesman. who was a pleasure to work with. the purchase could have been successful, BUT at the first inspection we did not notice all the defects. and when we bought it, they RUDELY refused to repair it!!! the man responsible for it was very RUDE. and even the fact that they repaired it looks terrible. need to watch very carefully!! ——— they absolutely don't care what they sell if you can't see it!!——— although the seller tried to meet us. Other staff are not friendly at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It was amazing dealing with Nissan Avenue. Since I did a drive test to delivery it was a big pleasure dealing with this Kind salesman “Michael”.

Junior Thomas (Manager) Parts department . He was Very helpful. I placed online order and suppose to pick from this dealership. No response after 3 days. Spoke to him over the phone, he replied back thru email in real time. Very cooperative and humble.He is assets for this dealership/company.This review should consider as appreciation letter.

I have been to 401 Dixie Nissan and that may be why these guys at Nissan Avenue look like the angels to me. They are friendly and fast and not pushing to buy things you do not need. I had a default in my Nissan cluster, took my car there, they checked and ordered it. They fixed a minor fault in my car's doors right away. To install the cluster, it only took me about 1 hour next day, and it was done. I am sure if I was in 401 Nissan Dixie, I would, at least, have to give them 2 full days - one from 8am to 6pm to diagnose the default and one 8am to maybe 9pm to install the cluster. I am sure they would push me to buy brake pads, do the alignment, change brake fluid, or buy some washer fluid at least. There would have been something that I should pay a good amount for. Nissan Avenue, I come to you guys from Dandas and Dixie, and I thank God you guys are there. Yes, far from me, but you are there to save my day and give the best service.

The best and most honest dealership I have ever seen. The salesman (Greg) didn't just sell us a car, he kept supporting us for any single inquiry or after sales service. I'm really happy that we bought our brand new Rogue from them and I strongly recommend this dealership to everyone.

I do not recommend Service here.I had a water leak entering into the vehicle through the sun roof of my 2019 Nissan Rogue. I purchased an extended warranty. They told me my warranty did not cover this repair because they considered it user error" They advised that I must sweep off the roof of the car every time prior to opening sunroof to prevent debris getting in and blocking drain. (I think this is nonsense because even if sweep off roof before opening the sunroof

We bought our new 2023 Nissan Rogue at this location and we are very pleased with the outcome. Greg and Warren were really a big help for us, thank you!
