Just a friendly reminder to the customers that are rude to the wait staff. When the establishment is packed and the kitchen is backing up…don’t yell at the wait staff.I can say that it’s pretty obvious that the restaurant/lounge is going to be slower than normal when there isn’t a single free table.I enjoyed being able to people watch and all of the TV’s were working perfectly. Plus I enjoyed my conversation time. At least the drinks kept flowing.

My girlfriend and I used to love this place and go here all the time. There now must be new management or new cooking staff as the drinks are not made correctly and the food coming out of the kitchen is unsatisfactory. I love spending money on a nice dining and drinking experience but if I can't get a drink made correctly or food made fresh to order I will not be returning. Cold fries and a cold chicken sandwich is not worth $25. Do yourself a favor and dine somewhere else. 0 stars out of 5.

Sat down on the bar side, 2 other tables had drinks and food when we arrived. waited for over 10 minutes and no one brought us menus or offered drink orders. When we went to get up and leave finally a lady showed up behind the bar and glared at us when we walked out, will never be back. Worst service I've ever received in a restaurant before.

We had the chicken club and the new spicy chicken burger. The service was very good. My wife loved her chicken club and yam fries.My spicy chicken was very over cooked and the breast was hard and chewy. I did like the sauce and slaw on top but the chicken breast was not the best.

It's Boston pizza so the food isn't great, but good lord Emily is a spectacular server. People look at the bible or the Quran and say this is religion". I look at Emily and say "this is service"."

The server was a one and done. I had the chicken bowl and the chick was a bit dry. Needed more sauce but she never came back. BP's is a necessary evil. When you are travelling you choose it because it is a mediocre consistent restaurant.

Been here a few times, but this past Saturday the serve was HORRIBLE. There were 5 of us with 3 more joining us late. Only 1 order was completely right. Had to ask more than once to get a refill of coffee, couldn't get any other refills. Yes you had a group of 30 people come in but that doesn't mean we get ignored. I left a tip out of habitbut it wasn't deserved.

I know boston pizza isn't known for good service, this however was the worst I've had. Sat down, 15 mins and not even acknowledged. Sun night so not even busy.

I don't know why the takeout door is only open until 4pm I think it said on the paper taped on it, but anyway I was shown the proper door and entered through there. I have a gluten allergy and asked for a gf pizza, gf brownie, hot wings that were the most disgusting batch ive ever eaten i could only eat two because it was moosh instead of tender chicken, and a garden salad. I haven't even been able to eat the garden salad because that pizza made me so sick. They're lucky they even get a 2 star. I haven't been going through an easy time at all with my gluten free allergy. Through the phone it sounded like they had an understanding. If only they knew I haven't been able to eat gluten free for days and I honestly thought Boston pizza would be my best bet to get food. 0 star.

Stipped for a quick bite. Their Pecan Salad with grilled chicken was quite good, as was service.
