They are always fantastic here. I used to use Lifelabs but they are just so much quicker here and not nearly as busy. I almost wanted to give a 1 star review because I love how quiet it usually is when I come here for my bloodwork.

My 8 year-old son had to have bloodwork done and was absolutely terrified. The ladies there were so lovely, calming, and patient with him. They managed to do it in such a gentle way, that even though he was so upset in the moment, he tells me he won't be scared next time because they were so nice. They truly went above and beyond!

I had the first appointment of the day, waited over 30 minutes beyond opening time for someone to show up and open the lab. Had to leave without being served to go to work.

Today May 18 I brought my 95 year old Mom in for some blood work.She is very hard of hearing and has second stage dementia. I didn't appreciate the technician laughing at her answers or the feeling of impatience at the lack of understanding, on my mother's part. I felt she was more interested in getting off work, than doing their job at the time. I realize people can be a challenge, but a 95 year old woman needs some understanding.
