The dragon drink taste amazing but here the cup size are not the same and for the price I think venti cups should at least be the same size everywhere

I absolutely loved this really sweet barista named Adriana! She greeted everyone with a smile and was super engaging! She also fixed my drink when the other barista who originally made my drink wasn't listening to me:(! I hope she'll be there the next time I go!

This shop is always at the same location in Carrefour Laval since the very beginning, taking a cup of coffee here is like going through the time machine, with a lot of memory of coffee friends. Coffee, whether with sugar, milk or cream, give a lot of stimulation to the mind. Sometimes it carries a favorable bitterness resembles the time we have passed, inhale and enjoy it, it is always good.

Don't go here when the mall is really busy. Long waits, longer if the employee preparing drinks has no hustle or is more concerned with talking.Especially Fridays. I use apps and mobile order whenever I can. Ordering 10 mins in advance and waiting an additional 20 mins once I get there to get my one drink is a position I'll never put myself in again.Otherwise it's your typical decent Starbucks.

My recent visit to Starbucks located at Carrefour Laval left me thoroughly impressed. The service was excellent, and the team working there, especially Andrea and Zach, were absolutely lovely. They provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensured my order was perfect, and engaged in delightful conversation. Kudos to this amazing Starbucks team for making my experience truly exceptional!

Keep making drinks wrong and refuse to make them correctly. Been happen for a while now. I have allergies and if I’m not lucky one day they’ll end up sending me to the hospital. Be aware

Crowded but smiley and helpful people on the cash. Can’t say the same about the person preparing the drinks. I have picky pre-teens that wanted an item they were out of stuck with. The person kept on repeating that they don’t have that item repeatedly, in a rude manner, while I was trying to find a solution. Please try to listen what the client is trying to say!!
