Multiple times my doorbell camera showed the technician parking, putting the sign on the own and the notice on the door. There was no evidence of them touching the grass. I spoke to the customer service and someone was supposed to come look at my lawn but no one ever did. They then automatically signed me up for this year and it was such a hassle to cancel.

Our grandfather used their services for years before his death. When we bought his house, we started receiving mail for him from this company. For the past 3 years since his passing I have called many times and spoken to reps asking to remove him and our address from their mailing list, which they say they have done.3 years later and we still receive mail addressed to our deceased grandfather. It is a constant reminder that someone we love so much is missing from our lives. I am so fed up with this company.

Waited two weeks for them to say, they didn’t put in the system and will have a technician out the next day. Had to wait another 1 week before I canceled. They are very quick to getting your credit card tho. BEWARE!!

I have has one spray so far as I started late in the season. However, I can say that customer service is very good. Right after the 1st sprayed we got a crazy rain that lasted 2 days. I called customer service as I was scared that I lost the fertilizer and antiweed.

No review to publish but thanks to those who have spent time to report their issues and warn the rest of us that were about to request their services. The reason I wrote this is to question why there are no business replies to so many negative comments that all seem to be based on facts. Management should jump on this and take corrective action as I used to believe they were a top lawn care company in the city. Watch out!

My wife and I have been using TruGreen services for years and have never had a bad experience. They have the satisfaction guarantee which allows for you to get extra maintenance if you see weeds before your next scheduled visit. We seen weeds only a week after the spray and asked for them to come and they became very defensive and claimed for us to not have been watering our grass. Very unprofessional and rude, will not be repurchasing.

TRUGREEN initially provided excellent lawn care and service for approximately three years. However, their performance deteriorated significantly, prompting the cancellation of their services last year.To our surprise, they dispatched a worker this spring to aerate and overseed our lawn without informing us. Upon questioning their actions, they offered an apology and assured us that there would be no charge for the service. Unfortunately, despite their assurances, we received two invoices, and we have made three separate phone calls to address the issue.Given this experience, it is advisable to avoid engaging their services.

I did not ask for this service! I had these people last year. They just show up here without being asked this year. My husband thought I asked for it. I was sleeping. I put in a new garden this year and did not want any sprays in my backyard. How dare you show up to my home without permission. I suppose you will just bill me whatever you feel is appropriate???? I am not paying for this! I will be filing a complaint to better business bureau!!!!

Last year I contracted with them for weed control. I believe they did the work as the weeds died and the lawn looked good. What I did not expect was to come home from work this year and find out they had come without notice or request and resprayed the lawn front and back. This placed my pets at risk. When I called I was told that the 'service rolls over automatically' - which I did to know, nor agreed to. I would stay away from this company if you don't want to be billed for work you never wanted.

Have been using TruGreen for many years and had them scheduled to complete aeration and overseeding, as well as fertilizing, months ago. They just decided to up and cancel the aeration and overseeding without ever informing us, only learned of this after we called to see why they haven’t completed the service yet. Very disappointing and unprofessional to do this so late in the season. Won’t be using them again for any services.
