I am so glad that my partner and I worked with Natalie's real estate group. We were referred to a member of her team based in Calgary (where we were looking to buy), Cloé. Cloé made the home-buying process so much simpler and was a huge asset to my partner and me as first-time home buyers.Cloé was professional, responsive, clearly made us a priority, had lots of helpful input but wasn't pushy, and had connections to all kinds of third-party contractors who we used for things like the home inspection, quotes for repairs, legal services and more. Cloé and those of her contacts we worked with were genuinely good and honest people. They had our best interests in mind and made the negotiation process much easier on us. I can't imagine what it would have been like to go through this for the first time without Cloé and Natalie's help. I would recommend them to anyone!

I couldn't imagine having to had to navigate the last two months without Natalie and her team. We bought a new house, sold our current house and sold our condo as well. I literally called Natalie once a day (at least) with questions/concerns and she was there for us every step of the way. Natalie is the realtor you’ll want to manage your sale. Within minutes of our initial conversation, it was clear she had deep knowledge of the real estate market and a savvy marketing strategy. She made selling my property seem effortless, although I know it wasn’t. As busy as she is, she made me feel like I was her highest priority and kept me informed every step of the way. We recently worked with Natalie on the purchase of a home in Calgary. We currently live in Ontario so much of this was done via distance. She was so incredibly helpful. When we couldn't be present for visits she would see the homes herself and provide full, honest feedback. When we did come to town she helped us prioritize homes based on location as we were not familiar with the neighbourhoods. She made sure that we got to see all the homes on our list and we were able to make a purchase smoothly. At every stage, we really valued Natalie's honesty and her willingness to advocate for us. She's also just really fun to hang out with! We would definitely work with her again on any future real estate transactions and we have already recommended her to staff that are relocating with us.

From the moment of talking about listing with Natalie to the closing date of our sale; everything with Natalie and her staff has been amazing high quality service. We had a rough go with another realtor and we sat for 2 months in a strong high market. We googled and Natalie's name came up. We called her at 10pm and she answered and agreed to meet the next day. We got top notch service and listed 5 days later. After bringing a staging consultant and cleaner in, we sold in 24 hours. Natalie and her team know what their are doing, how to ease stress, and are so prepared. If we sell or buy again we will be using Natalie and team.

There isn’t enough stars to give Natalie and her team an appropriate rating. This was the first home that I’ve owned, so I was very new to the entire process. From start to finish, Natalie’s team took control and made the entire experience seem effortless. Natalie Berthiaume and her Group were the best. Natalie helped selling our old house and finding and buying a new one. All very professionally and very knowledgeable about the market. She has great contacts as well with legal advice, home repairmen and professional movers, as well as staging assistance in our old home.
