Our countertop was installed 9 days after we made the initial deposit. The plumber they used to disconnect and reconnect was excellent. Our invoice, marked paid, care instructions, and warranty were in our email before we returned from making the final payment. We would recommend this company without reservation.

We are very pleased with Jenny's service and experience in kitchen remodelling. We had our kitchen counters done in quartz. I was initially looking to do something darker but after seeing my kitchen she provided better advise. I have to highlight, especially considering other reviews, that while her advise may seem a bit strong, it's well founded and coming from an honest goal to make her customers happy with the end result. Others may find this unusual in a market where everyone just says 'yes' to the customer. This was one of the reasons why we chose to go with Whitby Granite & Quartz.I had them provide two sinks as well, any they were awesome quality, and well priced.Installation was amazing. The team of three arrived on time, worked quick and very clean. One noteworthy observation was that while one guy was cutting the holes for my faucets, the other was holding a vacuum to suck all the dust. Much appreciated as dust makes me crazy, They rolled out coverings to protect my hardwood which was also much appreciated.All in all the installation team was super refined. They installed my kitchen in about two hours. Caulking around the sinks was very clean and professionally done.One more thing I'd like to add about Jenny is how well she tolerated my last minute changes. Thank again!!

Honestly, I went with them with them because they quoted me a price that was much lower than other stores in the area. They got the project done in 2 weeks which was important to my deadline. The installers were professional and did a beautiful job.
