Their products are life-changing. After renovating my home and installing heated floors my house is so much warmer and I use the furnace so much less :D

This review is for consumers considering getting a Heavenly Heat heated driveway. I 100% do not recommend it! Put your money into a top of the line snowblower as it will last longer and come with a real warranty.A Heavenly Heat driveway was put into our home in November 2017. We didn't move into the house until February 2018 so it wasn't used until the 2018/2019 winter. It worked fine that year and the 2019/2020 winter until it broke in December 2020. That means it worked for a total of 2 winters.The heated driveway cost $7,400 and when it was pitched to us by the installer it was with confidence that it is a great product, will last a long time, issues under the concrete are very rare, and it comes with a 25 year warranty from Heavenly Heat. When the driveway broke we were told by Heavenly Heat and the installer that the warranty is irrelevant since it 'technically' worked already. And once concrete is dug up there would be no way to determine if it is an installation issue or manufacturer defect. So not sure at all what the 25 year Heavenly Heat warranty is even for and why it is even sold with it.We received an estimate from an electrician but they couldn't identify the problem with any level of confidence. And their estimate to investigate options as to why it may have broken started at around $1,000.Again, money would be much better spent on a snowblower!

After buying a driveway heating products from Heavenly Heat in 2011, and having our contractor install it on a newly built home, we were in love with it! This year we had problems with it and Juan went out of his way to support his customer 8 years after the original purchase. 5 stars on product and service! Thank you!

I decided to install a pipe tracing system as my pipes have had to be replaced multiple times due to freezing. Ever since this system was installed my pipes have not frozen at all.

As a DIY, I really appreciated the snow melting cable from Heavenly Heat because it is so heavily jacketed I had no trouble with damage, testing the cable before and after proved that it withstood whatever it had to during installation. I love that it has a built-in return connection; meaning the cable doesn't have to make the run" back to the relay panel - this made the install so much easier."

Redid our kitchen, hall and foyer some years ago. We replaced baseboard heating with Heavenly Heat floor heating system. I installed it under tile flooring. The customer service was fantastic at helping understand the install process for tile with heat under it and selecting the proper heating arrangement. The supplied programmable thermostats are perfect and the heat is amazing. Great product with terrific support and service, easy to install as well. Funny thing, our cat can sense the heat coming on and rushes into the kitchen to lay on the floor.

Amazing product! We installed easy mat in a family room. The family room was part of an addition that was on a slab so the room was extremely cold especially in the winter. We used the mat under pad and carpet and it heats up in minutes. We are thrilled with how this product performs.

It was a pleasure dealing with Heavenly Heat during home renovation project. Customer support was excellent, advising on how-to (I hired electrician at the end to install the system at the end, but still they were very helpful). Over all very positive experience.
