Though that's my first time with HR Block, I had a great services provided by Nikos Demosthenis at 150-5890 No.3 road. He is so friendly and attentive. I was so surprised that he remembered my name just after a call over a week before my arrival. He did a professional and great job!!! Highly recommend you to come to HR block and fill your tax with Nikos!

I've done my taxes here multiple times throughout the years and this place most of the time does a good job helping you out. Easy to get to via transit and easy to book an appointments since you can get an appointment very quickly. I quickly want to give a shout out to a woman there named Caroline. Very nice woman and professional.Only issue I have is that when you call to book an appointment or change information, there is a female employee who takes calls there and she is rude. When I question about appointments and I cannot hear or understand her, her voice raises and becomes very stern. Not cool at all. I thankfully don't talk to her much since I've used this location multiple times and since my info is saved, booking is easy and great. Not a very nice person though.Appreciate the service there nonetheless. Very good.

Love this new year round office. All the tax professionals were from the previous location at Time square. Parking is right at front, more free parking at the parkard.
