Great quality. Has always got me out of tough situations. Props come back better than ever & a dog (usually Angus) is always at the door to come say hi. Other shops just don't match up to the level of detail that goes into these. Lifetime customer

Great experience, Kathy was a great advisor and set me up with a great new prop! Changed to a 4 blade and different pitch to get up out of the hole quicker and it works amazing. Great service and even had a drop box so I could pick up off hours. Was able to reuse the hub and was changed over in 15 minutes. Thanks!

A late review is better than no review. lol. I broke off the skeg of my mercruiser last fall. I took off all but 1/2 inch of the skeg. This company did an unbelievable job for what I feel is a very reasonable fee. The bottom end looked factory perfect. Great job United Propeller!!! Highly recommended!!!

Great Work, Trust, Full Confidence. My dad drops off the props many times and ready to go like new in a week or two. Will not take it to anybody else.

Have had a few props fixed now - when picked up they look brand new! Usually pretty decent turn around time! Will have a few more to bring this spring.Great job guys! Appreciate it.

Unknown rotational vibration and noise both heard and felt on the port side in the aft cabin. Did not hit anything that we know of. 12 Years since the props where previously tuned". Described everything to United Prop and they were extremely knowledgeable and in the end solved both our vibration and prop harmonics. Also in a very timely manner given the way our world works nowadays. Highly recommended. Thank you United!!!Ted"

My prop was over sized for my boat, they were able to repitch it and now the boat gets to max rpm now lugging anymore.

If I could give them no stars that would be my rating! The owner Amanda is the rudest person we have ever met in customer service! They made a great error and sold us the wrong size prop even though both my wife and I called ahead and asked for the specific size of replacement prop which we had previously purchased from them 2 months prior. My son arrived and a prop was sitting waiting with his name on it but was out of a box. The first one came nicely in the original packaging. He paid the full amount for the prop we had previously paid but we were given a smaller prop which was cheaper in price and too small for our boat! We lost the long weekend of boating since my son picked it up on a Friday and they were closed for the weekend! We had to make the drive all the back up from Newmarket to pick up the correct size prop that they took our money for! Amanda offered no apology and even told my wife her being upset is going to get no where with ‘her’. We were offered no apology and just told she didn’t know how that could happen. She offered us no compensation for having to drive up twice and when I wanted to make a another smaller purchase she charged us full price and would not give us a discount even for all our trouble! She plainly refused and therefore my wife choice not to give them the business and I agreed! No customer service, rude and completely inconvenienced us and ruined a long weekend! We will never go back or recommend them to anyone! Sadly we were recommending them to everyone at our marina after our first purchase but Amanda and her rude treatment of us quickly changed that!!! 0/5 stars!!!

These people are literally artists at what they do to repair props. I recommend them to all my boating friends. The props come back better balanced and shaped than factory. Great work!!
