Awesome store & products. I absolutely love everything Burlap & Twine has to offer. I have been a customer for many years and I use everything from facial products, skin and bath care for everyday use. I also have very sensitive skin and react to many products prior to finding Burlap & Twine. Highly recommend!!

Lovely independent store on James North that provide natural and vegan bath and body products. Hand soaps, face care, body scrubs and bath bombs are some of their products and they have some fun with different seasons or holidays. Their Halloween bath bombs are so cute and everything smells amazing.

I love Burlap and Twines products! Their products are made with natural ingredients that are safe for the body, and also have lovely smells.Some of my favourite items include:- Dead Sea Mineral Mud (I use this on my face once or twice a week and it has changed my skin on my face drastically for the better. I think it is the key ingredient - the Dead Sea - that is natural and natures way of helping the body)- Vanilla Citrus Dream Salt Scrub (I LOVE this scrub/exfoliator on my body. The smell is wonderful, the texture is perfect and my body feels so great after using this once a week).- Omega-3 Hemp and Aloe Body Wash - Frankincense and Myrrh (I use this body wash every shower. I use a shower brush and brush it all over my body The consistency is perfect, I love the smell and knowing that I am using safe natural products on my skin.Highly recommend this company and their products. I will continue to be a customer for years to come.

Always a wonderful experience shopping here. I especially like the candles that were recommended to me from the staff with short hair. They burn really well and the smell is even better than what it was in packaging.

I always have a great time at Burlap & Twine when I come here. I've always loved stores like this and I'm always happy to support a local business!The past couple of times I've come here, I've been helped by the same person; a young store clerk with curly-ish brown hair and glasses! They're always passionate about the products! The last time I went, I expressed interest in the shower steamers and they recommended the breathe easy one because of my asthma and it was fantastic. They also recommended me a whipped pumpkin soap that i went through way too quickly! The most recent time, they recommended a lemon meringue soap and if I could eat soap i absolutely would.10/10 service!

Each product is made in store or in Burlington so supportMy local shop. The staff are well knowledgeable.friendly helps my skin and love their product bath bomb are my favourite but love face care products

I love this store and it smells amazing in there. The staff were attentive and had great recommendations.One young lady with glasses recommended the Sandalwood and Vanilla whipped soap. It's sooooo good!I'll definitely be back.

Burlap and Twine is the BEST! A friend introduced me to this store Christmas 2019 and I have been a loyal customer ever since! Their bath bombs are wonderful - they smell so delightful, and are very pretty! With the added bonus of being more affordable than some similar type stores. All their products are made the team selling them to you, and visiting the store is always a very positive experience. Can't recommend B&T enough!
