It's a small gym.At peak hours, you might wait a bit for the machines to get free. Misses some machines too, equipment is old. Membership is expensive compare for what they offering.

The staff os good and very helpful. They try to remember all their regulars by name, and greet you properly when you walk in. Showers are clean. The only issue here is the cost. Nautilus is one of the most expensive gyms, even with a corporate discount i was paying a lot. Opening hours are good during the week, but weekends they open late and close early, which I find it a little bit of a bummer.

I really like this gym. Great bilingual staff including nutritionists and trainers. Nice little app to help you keep track of your progress. Clean, good machines. Not busy like those econo gyms.

Gym Equipment is A1, As far management goes at this specific branch it’s an absolute Joke. If you aren’t a Québécois it’s clearly evident you aren’t as welcome at this gym as the rest. Terrible HR & Customer Service for the Company too is give that a 1/2 star if I could, Solid Gym just make sure you don’t speak English to one of the French workers or else it could go Haywire FAST. Also if you by chance report something to HR don’t hold your breath on it being actually Reported.

Nice, Clean Gym, well located off the 132. Easy to get to. Lots of machines for working out, and TV to watch while you're on the Treadmill or Olympical.
