Great school and even better instructor. Tammy led a very engaging program. She offered valuable real world insight to the course material that made it easy to understand and apply.

I absolutely love valley. I used to work here and I can say undoubtedly Monique is the best person to work for and treats her employees really well. Terrific experience! I took a 2 day Standard first aid with CPR C course. It was easy to register on-line and the staff were great. The instructor was very knowledgeable and kept the class fun and interesting. The building was bright and clean with a great lunch room with tea and coffee we could help ourselves too. The group's weren't too big and there was plenty of equipment for everyone to practice with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their skills.

My experience was very good. Before entering the class it was organized, ample parking provided good signage for access. The class setting was poor. It felt like an off-site location in the middle of an industrial park. The heating was an on and off switch. This reason lowers you to a 4 star.Bob our instructor was excellent. He was one of the best teachers I've had in a long time. Humorous within respect to the course, serious but not boring, stern but not an a**. He respected our time and his own. He shared stories and gained respect along the way of his life experiences. This was a huge way to gain a person's interests and respect if that makes sense. Props to Bob- He's an asset to your group!

The front desk people and the instructor were rude. The classroom was over capacity for the number of students that the signage stated could safely be in the classroom. Nothing was available to wipe down the commonly touched and shared items. Social distancing was not even slightly possible.

I have taken the 2 day Standard First Aid and CPR C course and have to say it was an amazing course, well worth the time and highly recommend others to take this course. Julianne is an awesome friendly instructor, very passionate about the course and her personality is great! Shawn is very helpful, knowledgeable and funny. Chrissy has great customer service and is very friendly. So much more good things I can say about this place. Thank-you.

The school is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable! The front desk staff was friendly. I've taken both my OFA Level 1 and level 2 courses at Valley and I would highly recommend!

Had my Level 3 for 2 weeks. Shawn’s the best instructor. Amazing job he do. Just had two first aid calls yesterday & I could literally remember everything that Shawn taught. Would recommend 100% to anyone.

These guys are the best. People drive in from all corners of Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley and for good reason. I've done several classes here and am always so impressed. Amazing.
