Seven Automotive

I have been taking my car to seven automotive for some years now. It is worth the drive to get there. The pricing is fair. The service has always been timely, good and honest. Seven has always been able to offer multiple options for how to solve a problem or add upgrades to the car.

Ordered a Cobb intake and air oil separator for my WRX. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and took care of my order quickly and easily.

After waiting 2 months of back and fourth chat with Tyler the owner from Seven automotive, I was finally able to source my own parts directly after being told different options were available… after arriving 10 minutes early with excitement, I was told to wait to see Tyler directly.. an hour after my direct appointment my car was brought in.. grand… upon the tech installing the front lip, as the car was hoisted I noticed a crack, which at first he played off. several times of looking at the car he finally mentioned me noticing the crack in the bumper.. which again was not there before. By the end of all this Tyler came to look at the car and once again defended his tech saying “ I could have cracked it on the way over” again by no means was the bumper perfect with a couple “scuffs on the bottom away from the crack, Tyler as the owner made no efforts to fix the problem at hand essentially diverting away from the problem, saying I as the customer was wrong. Did not make any attempt to charge me less for labour - again between the front lip install and the hella horns I had installed I was charged 2 hours labour for an hour of the techs time - again cracking my bumper which was absolutely not there.

Recently brought two vehicles here. One for an oil change and one for some suspension repairs. The team here kept me in the loop the entire time, provided options, and solved a problem another shop failed to do. Excellent service, very fair pricing, and good work. Look no further, your friendly neighbourhood honest mechanic is right here.

The guys were great at Seven. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Positive atmosphere. Highly recommended and will be returning to maintenance my suv there. They also install roof racking systems!

If you own a Subaru this is the place to fix it. They deal mostly in Subaru vehicles and truly know there stuff. They fixed my car and did a complete check out f the vehicle and gave recommendations. My new go too for my mechanical work

After reading a pile of reviews and talking to a few Subaru friends, it seemed that Seven was definitely the place to take my Outback (which ended up going there on a flatbed). The lady I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and helpful, especially when she called me back a few days earlier than expected to let me know my car was done due to someone else's appointment cancellation. When I arrived to pick up my car, the customer area was clean and the gentleman who invoiced me was great to deal with as well.

I had seven do all the work to my car in the past and they were absolutely awesome. Always courteous and professional.They solved all of my engine problems and helped me from beginning to end with a full car upgrade. I would highly recommend them in the future!

Very disappointed and let down never coming back. Parts weren't installed correctly and some weren't even installed at all (Timing belt kit) almost felt like they wanted my engine to fail after telling me several times that engine was on its last legs. I was charged for parts that weren't even asked to be installed left me with no backing plate when I asked not to install it. Long drive for dishonest people not worth the drive anymore
