Over priced for what you get. Sure, the rooms are nice, the hotel is close to everything and it's got some decent amenities. However, there are many hotels in the area that offer the same or very similar features, but do it it for a much lower price. That being said, there are always people willing to pay more for something you can get less expensive elsewhere. And if you are one of those, you won't be disappointed.

Great location! we were in the city for a concert at rogers arena and it was super close! The service in the hotel was great Eis at the front desk was great and friendly! Overall super clean up to date hotel and it was worth every penny. Will be back.

This is one of the best hotels in YVR! The rooms are epic (think millennial chic), the amenities perfect (including the lounge with live music) but most of all the staff! They go above an beyond at all hours to ensure you have a great stay! Definitely worth staying here if you can! I will be back for sure!

Gorgeous hotel!! Only stayed here for one night but wish I could’ve stayed longer. They had everything you could need (aside from a pool I think) including:- the nicest hotel gym I’ve ever seen (includes squat racks which is unheard of)- nice little roof top hot tub- a few restaurantsOne of the highest quality hotels I’ve stayed at. Service was great! All of the staff was super friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic check in staff who are so helpful and informative. Rooms are exceptionally comfortable and a very good size (I had the 2 x queen bed room).A little pricey, but you get what you pay for and we were very well looked after.

What an awesome hotel. The decor is new innovative and refreshing. The rooms are large and well appointed. Lots of nice luxuries in the room. Not sure if the is a new hotel or newly renovated, but it’s really nice.Very comfortable, and the staff is very polite. The room service is first class.I am very pleased with this location.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate her birthday. We got a two beds room so you would assume there should be enough room for two people. NO! The coat closet was so small that at the most you could fit two jackets in it. There is a bar fridge in the room. A cooler case is provided instead that you can keep your stuff cool using the ice machine provided in the hallway.We were completely disappointed with the spa facility. Hotel provides robes which very interesting brown and beige color. We were told we looked like hotel staff when we’re walking down the hallway to go to Spa. Small hot top on the roof top of next door buildings is shared with hotel Marriot guests. And you have to pay $55/ per person + tax to use lounges and steam room. Definitely not worth the money at all. Banana chips, dried cranberries and mixed nuts, team and iced flavour water is served at the lounge.Not sure why they are charging the $55 for!We had to wait for over half an hour in the hotel hallway at 3am since our room door fob reader was out of charge and they had to call hotel engineering staff to come and open the door for us. We’re offered a voucher for breakfast. Which was nice.Staff were friendly.

Parking --Parking is $50 a night, but with strong urinate smell; Front desk claims it's not a hotel property, and customer's choice to park anywhere they like. So basically, hotel is collecting the fee, while not claiming the responsibility of its shady condition.Room--Stocked with Aesop; just happened to be out of stock the night we stayed, and since they are all in dark bottles we weren't able to tell until we actually need it, Guest Service was eager to address, however said they are just all out, and supplied us with soap bars instead. Nothing against soap bars, just not stocked when you need it.No fridge if you care for one.Customer Service --Mixed, surprised at check-in with the response on parking; but the lady checking us out is the best.Overall, we won't be returning, with this being a 5-star hotel, they are not on par with a 3-star. Definitely lots of room to improve; though I can only speak for that weekend.

The rooms are nice, and the location is great. The hotel staff on site was really good too. But, if you booked through a third party and didn't get a printed receipt for your stay, it can be a big hassle. Getting a receipt from the call center is a nightmare because they keep transferring you from one line to another. The person I talked to on the phone was rude and told me to keep trying to call back instead of helping me. Eventually, the issue got resolved, but my experience with the person on the phone wasn't great.
