Very efficient and organized. Had my PCR test for travelling and got the results in less than 12 hrs as per their commitments. No issues with the reports and was accepted by Air Canada and major European airlines. Thanks.

Excellent experience. I got my second vaccine shot here and the pharmacist was professional, friendly, and kind. They were prompt and the process was extremely easy to book online. The communication and follow up was great as well! I would recommend to anyone!

This pharmacy is a God-send for people loking for COVID related help. These days it is gard to find a PCR testing place. The provided the PCR kit at 7ama and we got the results by early next day form the Dundas Clinical Pharmacy. Thank you very much. Highly recommended excellent service. Eva in Applewood.

The people that conducted the test and took payment great customer service, just be BEWARE the PCR test is not a smart QR code and the lab is ICL, QR Code not accepted by Air Canada so if your trying to follow guidelines and get your boarding pass ahead it does not work with Air Canada, I wasted valuable time trying to explain to the pharmacist and she just does not understand that I was not questioning the validity of the test it’s the QR code hoping the lab would provide with no luck, although my frustration is with Air Canada as well on the tech side! So now I will have wait in a much longer line to verify.UPDATE: Changed my review to 5 star since this issue has been confirmed with Air Canada, if you chose to get your boarding pass check in on the app or web make sure your results RT PCR has no QR code or it will not take your results and save you a lot of anxiety :) wondering if you will have a long wait or need to go to another testing site last minute.

I've been a customer since 2015. Excellent customer service. Owner and staff are knowledgeable, caring and friendly. Prices are low compared to other drug stores. And the deliver promptly too.

Tried to book an appointment for my parents to get their second covid vaccine dose at this location, the pharmacist was very unprofessional. He didnt want to give them an appointment, telling us they were booked up, asking us to wait for their call. After more than a week of me chasing after them, we explained that my mom was a transplant patient 10 yrs ago w. A doctors note giving her the okay to get the vaccine. They turned my parents away from an appointment they scheduled after I called them to confirmed. So unfortunate because we are clients of this pharmacy for many yrs yet the staff treated us so poorly. I am considering to persue this issue further, they need to know they were wrong.

Great little pharmacy tucked away at hurontario on Dundas in Mississauga! Pharmacists here are amazing and great to talk to. Very knowledgeable. Great prices! (especially if you don't have insurance/benifits) will not be going anywhere else. Never a long wait or overcrowded. Highly recommend!

They do the covid antigen test and it's easy, fast results, and the least expensive in the city! They are awesome, highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They will always try to find anyway to make receiving your medications easy and delivery as soon as possible.

They have ZERO respect for their customers. The owner locked the door in my face 3 seperate times when i arrived as they were closing (a few minutes before posted closing time, but still before posted time), have claimed they never recieved my faxed prescription when the doctor sent it right in front of me on 4 occasions, and will do nothing to assist in resolving matters(because he was intentionally causing them).Most people go here to get help for an addiction, and this dirtbag belittles everyone that walks in the door.This place is unsanitary, and they couldn't care less about their customers well being. Theyll deny someone of a needed medication because he wants to see addicts suffer, and the next day pretends that it never happened.There are many alternatives in the area with great staff who go out of their way to make sure you're set. The Shoppers Drug Mart at King st and Hwy10, also lighthouse Pharmacy at 10 and Lakeshore are better alternatives and will treat customers with respect.If you decide to go here, Just make sure to have a copy if your prescription and be prepared for lies and games from both the staff as well as the owner.Also poor(if any) English communication.*** I wrote this in 2018, and right away they started putting up fake reviews. Especially the one where the person says she emailed the script at closing time and the stayed after to fill it. That went up the same day, and just happens to address all of the same things that I had and are written by himself or his staff. They use the same poor grammar, address everything that i have mentioned, and are made by people who have only made 1 single Google review, which is for this place alone. Bruce Fournier, Moris Mack, etc are false reviews. It's tough to get through an addiction, especially with people like yourself making it much harder. As soon as I went to a proper pharmacy my life improved greatly.Respect and dignity is not at all what you treated my self and others with. You know exactly what I'm talking about, as it was a regular occurrence. Even my Doctor, after talking to you, explained some of the red flags he saw with your business. Hopefully you've changed, but I know there are many customers who were treated the same way that don't take the time to do anything about it. I wish at the time I'd reported you. Very sad that guys like this are able to be in this business. And calling me a jackass, saying I was disrespectful and didn't care? Real professional coming from the owner, who can't even use his own name, using fake reviewss to respond to me. The same guy who picks his ears as he's serving customers medicine. It is not only the owner, but the staff as well. One older Asian women working here was condescending and rude, even when I had a family member with me.I've requested and recieved all reports from my doctor regarding issues with your pharmacy from 2012-2015 and will be submitting an official complaint to the College of Pharmacists.
