Soaked 3 napkins with grease from hash brown , half raw . Farmers wrap same thing . Management argued the it was fine . Garbage food Garbage service 5am Saturday 18th February 2023. Retrain everyone or fire the maniger

If you don't like your job, quit.Miserable front cash.Didn't enter the order correctly.When politely corrected, rolled their eyes.You're in customer service.Again, if you hate your job, quit.

Horrible service, very rude. I ordered a large coffee, dozen donuts and 20 timbits. I was shocked when I was shoved ( literally) a box of assorted timbits when I made it very clear that I wanted to pick my own. When I insisted I needed different picks he grabbed the box with anger screamed at me to come an pick them.I turned to my husband and mentioned how rude the service is the person started to yell have a good day good bye. Very shocking and unprofessional. Unacceptable behaviour in my opinion.

Three times I've stopped here, each time I received stale coffee. When it sits too long it has a bitter, almost burnt taste. That's what I got, all three times over the course of the weekend I was staying in the area.Update: Got a call from a rather crusty woman at this location - who argued with me about my experience. So they serve stale coffee, and argue with customers' concerns.

First, expect a long line up. Next, the orders came out incorrect, twice. All I wanted was a black, drip coffee. I don't know why milk was added both times.

Extremely slow and poor service. They completely forgot about my drink, then another worker got the cashier to go make it, but she clearly did not know how. I ended up with a “cold brew” that was basically a mixed coffee, mostly being the cream from a carton added in at the end. After telling the cashier that the drink was not properly made and did not look proper, I was met with pushback from an elderly female worker who insisted the cold brew always came mixed this way and not with foam at the top. They refused to make me a new drink. Whatever I ended up with is horrible and not drinkable. Avoid this location.

Had an issue with an order. As I was already back on the 400, I called the store to let them know. Stacey, was very apologetic and accommodating. She is sending me a gift card to make up for the issue. This was handled very well and deserves kudos for the great customer service I was given. She called me again the following morning to follow up.

This location never ceases to disappoint.Waited almost 8 mins for 2 coffee and 2 chicken sandwiches.Girl making sandwiches singing as she makes them. Not a bad voice, but, how about focus on the chicken, which was so overcooked and dried out, they were inedible.4 people behind the counter and not one making sure the quality of the food is at least mediocre?Wish I could say I'm surprised but alas, nope.... Do better Tim's.
