Lisa has been great resources and has worked with my Mom to get the right help in place for my Dad. Loretta take special care of my Dad and is great company for both my parent's. She is always willing to help my Mom with baking or cleaning or whatever else needs to get done. She's wonderful!!

Lisa and her team are amazing. Helping me when both my husband and mom had separate accidents at the same time leaving me worried on how to care for them both. Shout out to Nicole who helped this house with both patients! Worked around my excited dogs that just wanted to distract her as much as possible, and made my mom feel like there isn't anything you cant do without the care of the right person. Although I was not a patient, she helped me so much by sharing the responsibility of care leaving me to stay focused and positive for my family. Thank you Lisa and Nicole!

If your looking for a reliable, supportive and efficient team leader, I wouldn't suggest accepting a position with this facility.I had an interview with Tiffany and Lisa and was shortly after hired. During the interview I had included prebooked Christmas vacation. Lisa had then proceeded to send me all my paper work along with an onboarding module and quiz that I have almost completed by now. Only to my surprise, I then received an email stating I am no longer given the position due to my holiday PREBOOKED request. She had included because of this she will be going with someone else. I was not even given an opportunity to cancel any prebooked holidays. I didn't even receive a call! If they had atleast communicated with me I would have cancelled most days (one of these days being Christmas). You would only need to APPLY for vacation when hired, if its prebooked it is NOT unprofessional, it is pretty common and understandable.This business seems extremely flakey. Yikes!
