Chuck came out and was very friendly and professional. He took before and after pics.Even crawled on his back under our deck to do the dryer vent. Their newer process equipment is all hand held and small. Easy to access the smaller area vents.

It's not often that you find a company that beats their competition both on price and customer service. Our ducts needed to be cleaned to remove drywall dust after a renovation, and Strathcona Elite did a fanastic job making them look like new. Their technique of brushing, blowing out, and vacuuming the duct work is much more thorough than what I have seen from other cleaning companies. Their staff was very courteous and took great care with moving furniture and equipment to avoid any damage to our home. They will be our go-to place for furnace cleaning in the future.

Chuck arrived on time, he was professional, thorough & very knowledgeable. Did not do any unnecessary work & explained what he was going to do. We hired Elite to clean our vents/ducts and furnace after a major home renovation. Chuck was on time, described the job in detail, showed us before and after photo's and was also very patient as he had to work around our family as we were home at the time with a newborn baby. Okay so I just had my appointment with Elite and before he even got started he just wanted to double check that our ducts in fact needed service.And they didn’t!!! He even found a sticker on our furnace that showed it had been serviced 2 months ago. (We just moved in 1 month ago)I had totally missed that.He could have EASILY “cleaned my furnace” and gotten paid and I would have had no idea they were already clean.What integrity!!!! Definitely recommend.

Called for a furnace and air duct cleaning after our first winter in our new house noticing how dry/dusty it was. After a quick look he informed us that it wasn’t needed and we actually didn’t have a humidifier on our furnace!He was so nice and made sure to show me how everything looked compared to how they would look normally if they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.Super honest and friendly! Which isn’t often come across lately!Will 100% be calling them back when he said we are due for a clean, and would recommend to anyone!

Appointment was for 1:30… and there was a knock at the door at 1:29 (very good first impression, especially given that it was later in the day). Chuck talked me through what he was going to do so I was able to move around with my laptop for my meetings. We had asked to have all ducts cleaned, and apparently the one for our dryer didn’t need it, given the way it was built. I wouldn’t have known better but Chuck told me about it and didn’t charge me for it. Very impressed, and I highly recommend them.

We had Strathcona Elite Furnace Cleaning out yesterday and they were great. The tech had a cancellation and was able to come early, which was great! He was clean, professional and finished in the time he said he would. I would highly recommend these guys for all you furnace/duct cleaning needs. I'll use them again for sure.Great work guys!

We used strathcona elite when we were selling our mobile home. Not only was darrell very professional but he managed to squeeze us in before the possesion date on a very short notice. When chuck arrived he was early which was nice and he did an imaculate job. And was very explanatory. We just got possession on our new home and i know they will do an amazing job. I would definetley reccomend them to any one. And have saved ther number in my phone because of the superior service oh and the cost compared to all other companies is easily the best in the city and surrounding areas. Definetley the best bang for your buck when going with these fellas. We look forward to seeing you soon
