Quick, professional, caring staff. Made everything from testing, to pickup, to continued care absolutely an ease and comfort.I cannot understate how much my quality of life has improved since being put on one of their systems. Once I became acclimated to the machine I instantly felt the benefits of safer sounder sleep.10/10 would recommend to anyone who is concerned with sleep apnea to investigate with this company.

I had reported a snoring issue and other sleep-relevant factors which prompted my family doctor to order a home sleep study which CPAP Pros administered and the results of which lead to me receiving continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine therapy. CPAP Pros provided clear and prompt coordination with me during all points of this process. They provided home delivery of the necessary medical/testing equipment which was convenient for me, especially considering the ongoing pandemic. In addition, they provide ongoing check-ins with me with correspondence by phone, video-conferencing, and email being timely and accommodating.Since I started using the CPAP machine, I have been experiencing higher-quality sleep and wakefulness and energy during the day. The CPAP therapy and experience with CPAP Pros have made an immediate and positive impact so far on my health. I look forward to continuing CPAP therapy from my experiences with these folks.
