Went to the restaurant. The waitress was very welcoming and made sure our cups were always full. This location is not a place that particularly cares for the nicest ambiance. However, the food and the people were what made the experience memorable. If I ever travel through this location again. I will make sure to stop in for a cup of coffee and some soup.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights for a wedding and it was very comfortable. The rooms are well kept and the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would also like to point out, the owner's daughter was actually one of the best staff members I've seen around there. I highly doubt she smokes anything at all. Her along with all the other bartenders helped us with the liquor order and the accommodation and was very prompt with the table service as well. I'd recommend this place for a cheap and quiet stay.

Rooms are tidy, it's an older place but most who stay here are here for work.I got there in Jan, heat was turned waaay down so the room was cold. So when you get to the room, turn the heat up then it's fine after it warms up.I did not get to eat here but many reviewers say the food is good food so go with that.Overall it is what it is.

It's a great little place, had a wonderful stay. The staff are very accommodating but it's a small town, not much to do here! It's a good place to crash for travellers on budget and those who like the country side

Hmm, $5 minimum debit charge...In a cafe... Where they serve coffee. Maybe it's all part of a master plan at World Domination by getting everyone to order pie with their coffee, I'm not sure. Food was fine, staff was friendly, decor will be in vogue when mid-Seventies styling cycles through again. Bathrooms were clean.

My wife and I decided that we would like to see a bit of Kitscoty as we drive by on our way to Lloydminster. We went into the restaurant and it took me back to being a kid in Northern BC. The super friendly atmosphere, and that was just the other customers. One lady knew the menu better than anyone and recommended different food. The server was great, fast and very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who might normally by-pass Kitscoty, stop in for a great homemade meal and atmosphere.
