Buena Vista Montessori Preschool

Both our kids went to Buena Vista for preschool. Four years of bliss. The teachers at Buena Vista are on another level of excellence!

My daughter has attended Buena Vista Montessori preschool for almost 2 years and I cannot be happier with our choice to send her here. The educators are absolutely amazing with the kids and have played a huge role in my daughter’s growth and development. She is a completely different child maturity-wise since starting here last year. She’s developed a strong love for learning, impeccable manners, empathy towards others, and self confidence through independence. She has made many friends and (most importantly) looks forward to going to school every day.Montessori is a wonderful learning approach for young children and I truly believe this school is the best option in the area that offers this method. I feel confident that my daughter will be fully prepared to make a smooth transition to kindergarten this fall, thanks to this amazing preschool and it’s educators :)

There is so much heart in this precious little school. Each child is loved and cared for making it the most amazing first experience. Even if you feel your little one will have a hard time adjusting, you will feel at ease knowing they are in the hands of teachers who will take amazing care of your child. They will come up with a plan and coping skills, and give constant text or email updates, with pictures! They work around the clock sending family detailed updates. My advice, if you get any time slot...just take it! They learn so much, it's really unbelievable and they will love going there. We are sad to be moving on to kindergarten but this school is engrained in our hearts.

We absolutely love Buena Vista Montessori. My eldest went there 5 years ago, and we had the most amazing experience there with all the teachers and preschool environment. My middle daughter is currently there and if it’s even possible, the teachers and the preschool have gotten even better! The teachers are so loving and attentive to each child, you truly feel like you’re leaving them in good hands when you drop them off. I’m amazed at all the things my daughter has showed me she’s learned at school, from practical life skills, to her writing her alphabets and numbers, to singing French songs! Not only does Buena Vista teach the preschoolers about believing in themselves, but it has taught them about giving to the community, such as the seniors home, and the animal shelter, and families in need. I have one more daughter that will be in preschool in a few years, and there’s no doubt in my mind that I would send her to Buena Vista Montessori.

I cannot say enough fabulous things about this preschool & the lovely ladies who run it. They go above and beyond to make each child feel welcome and secure, specifically during the transition phase in their first months being a new preschooler. My daughter struggled with separation anxiety so much in her first few months & Teacher Bree went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and to try to get her excited about coming to school. We are so grateful to have gotten a spot for our daughter at this wonderful education facility and she now is constantly asking when she gets to go back to school. She can't wait for her little sister to get to join in the coming years as well and she tells her stories about her days at Buena Vista every afternoon at pick up. She is a very proud Buena Vista Montessori preschooler and we are so thankful for their incredibly nurturing environment and the kind hearted staff.

This school and the teachers are truly unique. They celebrate the uniqueness of each child, give children the freedom to choose, to work at their own pace and correct their own mistakes. My lo grew leaps and bounds in every aspect since starting here. A true Montessori environment. The curriculum includes everything from community engagement to science, math, life skills and more leading to a well rounded development of the future of this world.

We love here. This school is full of love and friendship. Teacher is so kind and helpful. My kid always talk about what teacher teach her and showed her. She enjoyed here a lot:)

Our experience at Buena Vista Montessori was absolutely amazing. My daughter has learned so much, matured, and loves learning and going to school. The teachers, curriculum, and environment has been the best start to her education. The 2 years went way too fast and we will miss the teachers as they almost became a second little family to us.

I am so glad we found this gem of a preschool. Both my girls have attended and they are such confident girls who always try to excel to the best of their abilities thanks to the amazing teachers. All the teachers here are genuine, caring and loving.Buena Vista is able to nurture each individual child. The kids are given opportunities to work at their level in an enriching environment. There is differentiated instruction which is so important in a class with different needs and abilities.The teachers care deeply for each child. My youngest has a nut allergy and teacher Bree offered to get her nut free ingredients so she could participate in decorating a cookie during Christmas time. How amazing is that?!My daughters are learning to be good citizens from their preschool years by giving back to the community through toy drives and food drives organized by Buena Vista. As well, kids are given opportunities to make cards for the residents of the local care home. I think it’s so important to teach children to be kind and Buena Vista does just this!I think it’s paramount that kids get a good start to their schooling. Thank you to the teachers for ensuring my children are receiving a well balanced education. I feel very blessed to be a part of this school and know my girls will remember their preschool years fondly. <3
