Warning customers and shoppers.They don’t have exchange or return policy.My mom bought 4200 worth of furniture from this franchise but their East Gwillimbury location . Sofa leg was damaged during delivery. We asked for return and we were told that it was damaged intentionally. I wish Canada make a proper system not allowing dishonest people open these stores to rip people off during this recession. I constantly called store and reception get my number and telling me store manager will call. But they never calling. I hope the franchise manager get this message.

I just want to share my overall experience with my purchase. I have been in sales for almost 40 years and Sean was absolutely fantastic with his knowledge and honesty goes a long way with me. The owner Daniel was also so professional. My partner and I were looking to replace a lot of furniture as we had sold our place furnished. The quality and the price was amazing and so easy to deal with. They appreciate your busy and take the time with no pressure to accommodate your needs. I personally will always look forward to this store and staff to fulfill my future needs. The delivery went so smoothly and so accommodating to your liking of placement 10++. Mike

By far the WORST EXPERIENCE ive had with a store. Worst customer service on top of that. I purchased a dining set about 3 months ago. Only because it was the only store that had stock and was promised to get the furniture the week after purchase. They delivered the wrong table with broken chair legs after almost a month. 3 months later here we are still waiting for the chairs to come in. The manager NEVER contacted us and the sales guy Aiden gave us the most rudest attitude and said the manager doesnt deal with these problems after we asked to speak to manager. We returned the chairs 3 times due to damages. We always have to be reminding them about our chairs otherwise they would never reach out.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS STORE. By looking at the other comments seems like they only reach out to good reviews which is ridiculous.

Sean is a delight to deal with, very informative and has many great suggestions on decorating and finding the right furniture for your space. Have ordered a sectional and will be back to buy more !

Great collection of furniture and a great service! We purchased a bed and a mattress. The staff was very cooperative and understanding when we needed to move the delivery date a couple of times due to delays with renovation. Finally the bed was delivered and installed in the bedroom. Knowledgable and professional!

My experience with with Herchi was just as amazing as the chocolate!Great store with a nice selection of quality furniture. Professional Prompt Friendly Service is what you can expect. I bought two swinging egg chairs and my whole family love them.

I have had a great experience with Herchi furniture. They are all very friendly, great service, quality furniture, and great with pricing. I am from out of town and they accommodated great delivery to me up North. I am very satisfied with this store and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you so much for my new coffee table. I absolutely love it!!! I am definitely going to be purchasing more furniture in the future.

I recently bought a mattress from Sean, he was knowledgeable and very helpful and made the process as easy as could be. Daniel and Jason did a wonderful job delivering it, I could not have asked for better service!! Everyone involved in the process was extremely professional and personable and I will definitely shop here again. Thank you all for everything, I could not recommend Herchi more!

My wife and I were looking for a new sofa with a pull out bed. We attended Herchi in Barrie and the sales person was wonderful. He bragged about the quality of the products they sold, could not say enough about the companies they dealt with for their quality workmanship and the service to follow. The couch we purchased had to be custom made and again the sales person explained the quality of workmanship they put into the product, it was 100% wood and also emphasized that it was 100% Canadian. When we got the couch there was a significant gap from the seat cushions to the front frame of the couch. A service technician was sent out but could not solve the problem. We were told that the wrong mechanism for the folding bed was put into the unit. Now, Herchi has told us it is not their problem and there was nothing they could do. The mfg will not respond either. It seems that Herchi does not know the Sale of Goods Act and is playing an ostrich to our problem and concerns. Beware that if you have an issue with the product, you have a good chance that it will be ignored. Totally disappointed with the lack of service to correct this matter.
