Elite Property Inspection
What an amazing company. They were able to fit in an inspection within the week I called. They were prompt, respectful and so thorough. I am buying an older mobile home and will be doing renovations. I know exactly what I am in for thanks to the work from Elite Property Inspection. The report was delivered with quite quickly. It is easy to read and understand. They do a great job of researching and making sure that all aspects of the inspection are included and the confusing items (to those of us who are tackling home buying/inspections for the first time) are explained. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home inspector!

Couldn't recommend Mark any more. Extremely knowledgeable, especially in our situation with a Permanent Wood Foundation. Affordable and very responsive -- I can't count how many extra phone calls and e-mails went back and forth! Truly thankful for his thoroughness. We had zero concerns that we were missing anything important (other than dust on the floor, as per the previous reviewer).

If you can avoid them do.. they list everything from burnt out light bulbs to dust on the floor.

I am so thankful to have found EPI. We have offered on two homes that have “passed” inspection by another company, only to find out there were numerous health and safety hazards that were overlooked or not reported.Elite is prompt, reliable, and extremely thorough. He was able to schedule our inspection with a week, and had the report to us in less than 24 hours. What a relief to work with an inspector who is so thorough and knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend!!
