We went to 2 locations. The one next door to Value Village had poor customer service. Didn't feel welcome at all. The other location the lady was so so sweet & helpful. She needs to do some training at the other store. Eye contact & a smile mean a lot to people. ♡

Staff are very friendly.But it feels like they don’t appreciate donations, because they were throwing things from the second floor onto a truck on the ground!We donated a lot of things (some very expensive!) and the staff told us they don’t take certain items, that’s totally okay. But if you’re tossing very nice things that you simply don’t sell from the second floor then I don’t wish to donate anymore!

The store was a bit disorganized which made it hard for me to find clothes for my size. They also didn't have changing rooms so I was reluctant to buy clothes without knowing it's fit. On the other hand, the shop was clean, the prices were cheap and the clothes and accessories were all in good condition.

Friendly staff/volunteers. Limited parking out front. Nicely organized store with reasonably priced goods. All good and worthy for a great cause so please support this valuable shop.

Small but pretty well organized for a thrift store. They don't have room for much furniture or bigger items but did have lots of smaller things.
