There was some trouble getting on track and getting assessed properly and unfortunately in a downturn economy those who help the needy get overwhelmed. It sounds like getting staff on board and able to keep up with demand can be a challenge and no doubt these guys are subject to large burnout rates. I had falled through many cracks here and in other agencies but that is more likely a statement on the state of the system. They reached out eventually abd Victoria the manager was wonderful to listen and find the cracks and get them filled.Sometimes that's all we need to be ok. It can literally make all the difference.Thank you a thousand times!

The staff at Rundle Group Home don't let parents know how their childis at all. The place is well known to the police and not in a good way.

Would not work for this agency again. They do not care for their staff and turn over is through the roof. They hire really amazing staff and seem to let people go for standing up to management when staff believe something is not right. I wouldn't give their residential group home even one star... Really disappointing to have worked for an agency who does not care for their staff.
