The worst customer service, I opened an account for my business and they call everyday to sign some papers but when I go there they will either have no staff working there, tell me the person handling my case isn't in, or they'll tell me I need an appointment even though the bank is empty and their whole staff is free. I've gone in 3 times for the same reason and each time I'm given a new excuse.
