I huge shoutout to Mary at Sherway Gardens Sephora. I spoke to her by phone and she was so pleasant and patient. She helped me navigate the Sephora app and assisted in resolving a complicated issue regarding a number of invoices. She had knowledge and emulated customer service. I will be sure to give her a big thanks in person on my next Sephora visit! What a true GEM!

Wanted to return a few items from an online purchase and was not able to return them to this store because of a new policy. I have returned online purchased items in the past without any issue. Cashier and colleagues are very rude. I decided to try my regular Sephora store in Oakville and had no issues returning the items. Will never shop at the Sherway Sephora ever again.

Few things about this location, I’ve been here multiple times as I used to work in the mall years ago. Today after going I think that might just be my last time.Only two things that were great was the cashier at the front and the perfume section, the staff there was kind and professional.My issue is with the random guy they have standing in the aisles staring at you, that’s weird and uncomfortable. And even better that same guy was following me and my friend who both had baskets in our hands with products. Everywhere we looked we saw him right in the same aisle as us staring. Then when he was finished with us for a bit he’ll go to the staff talk for a bit then move on to following and hovering over everyone. It’s weird and I understand it’s a Saturday and busy and you have to protect your store from theft but having a creepy guy with no Sephora gear on follow you is WEIRD and kind of scary.

Nice store, but the customer service is lacking. I've been a few times now and the staff just hang around and ignore customers. Now that I know what I like from Sephora, I just order online - much better experience.

I love sephora but this instance was not it. I should have just ordered online. Items I wanted were online only. So I bought only one item in store. Was super busy so I felt a bit claustrophobic. The girl checking me out was nice but she duped me into a 16 dollar lip gloss. I didn't even realize it wasn't a free gift / points gift until I was home. I guess that's how they make money but it makes me sad because I want to support people having jobs, and this makes me want to only shop online.

100% Authentic products.Do not buy and never enter to Perfumes 4U at Toronto Premium Outlets or wherever branch. Had a terrible experience with them.This review is for Sephora and Perfumes 4U in comparison to their products and customer service.I bought a gift of D&G Light Blue for my wife's bday at Perfumes 4U at Toronto Premium Outlet on June 09th, 2022. This was her perfume in the last 15 years so I'm very familiar with its scent. The next day, her birthday, she opened the present and we were both surprised as the perfume doesn't have a scent at all!! We sprayed like 5-7 times on skin and clothes and nothing!Was so disappointed with the product and so embarrassed that my gift didn't pleased her (she thought I bought it at Flea Market).So, on that same afternoon, I can't ease my mind and went to Sephora at Dixie Mall and bought the same product, same size, and almost same price as the Perfumes 4U. Went home and opened it and tested and the sweet smell of Light blue is all over the place! HUGE difference from the quality of Perfumes 4U.So went to back to Perfumes 4U to return their product, and told me that they don't take it back as it is opened. I raised the alarm that I bought a genuine product from Sephora and compare and they have totally different product. The box, the prints on the box size, the color of the liquid, and of course the scent!Raised my voice a bit, manager came out and offered me refund.Buy from a legit and trusted store only! Now on, will only buy from Sephora or Shoppers Drug Mart.Beware of Perfumes 4U products.Here's the pictures of both products:

I recently visited Sephora in Sherway - this particular location had a substantial amount of staff present when I walked in. However, I must say that my experience was disappointing. Despite the ample amount of staff, I was never greeted (which is the #1 rule of working in customer service), leaving me feeling unwelcome.When I asked for assistance, I was met with a negative attitude from the staff member, as though I was a burden, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff's demeanour seemed rude and uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for.It is imperative that the management of this store takes action to address these issues and ensure that their staff members are trained to provide excellent customer service at all times.

Placed an order online for curb side pick got to the entrance at 7:45 and it’s now 8:17 and still waiting. Not to mention an item was available when I purchased but then went out of stock. Would be nice to get a email notification prior to pick up for available options. The young lady I spoke to was very nice. We were discussing options and she took the time out to take a look for me. Once we ended the call she said someone will be out with my order ….. I’m still Waiting And I have to catch a flight! Don’t bother with curb-side or this ghetto location … employee handed my bag at 8:22 pm smh
