I can't believe I spoke Citroen parts department, literally he was shouting at me, no manners at all how to speak with customers . He took the wrong order but when I asked for return he was blaming me.! I regret I shouldn't have bought Citroen.

It’s been a great experience at the dealership. I brought my van in for service, while waiting Annii, she introduced herself and made my experience really exciting. She was warm and friendly. Showed me the latest cars and van that are on display. Feeling very positive today

Completed form for test drive. Someone called to schedule. Turned up and they said they knew nothing of it, finally found me and said it wasn't booked as test drive and blamed me for that! Customer service training is clearly lacking as are internal systems / teamwork / co-ordination. I was new to these brands and have decided to never buy...will stick to dealers/brands who value customers.

we are automotive paint specialists and have been dealt with by parts department in a very rude manner!When asked to speak to the manager I was told they are busy and they hung up the phone!We usually recommend Robins & Day for our customer but this will stop immediately.Very unprofessional and rude staff.

Called to speak to the motability specialist and had a brief conversation with him about potential availability. He was unable to help at that point but took my number and promised to call me back by 3pm. I lost half my confidence when he followed that up with.. but if I don't then call me back as it means I've either forgotten or lost your number." Great.I called back at 3.. he was busy but would be available at 3.30.. I called back at 3.30
