I first requested to have a survey done of my downtown Charlottetown property in March 2020. It is now November of 2021 and after me phoning dozens of times over this period of time and getting excuse after excuse of why the survey has not been completed yet, today I asked my husband to call. My husband was told by Brian that he has been busy with government stuff" and that "he's out". I don't believe he ever intended to do the survey for reasons unknown to us. Honest and professional?....most definitely not!"

Survey done in 19 from nice guys, helpful with questionsSadly, someone moved the survey pins on the west side of property 4 ft. on front and 5 ft. towards shore. onto my property. I reported this to the office and asked to have them reset. Not a propriety so it was left. Appears whoever moved pins tried to put them back and they were still not in proper place. Neighbour had survey done and the pins were placed right back to where whoever had stolen them in the first place put them. Request the initial surveyor who I paid for come back out to resolve this.Its one thing to agree on paper and deed and its quite another to actually have initial surveyor come back and verify his work. which I am 100% sure is the legal initial survey.
