Everytime I order from here I ask for extra Wasabi and they only give me pickled ginger. I called in and was told if I want extra Wasabi I have to order the pickled ginger, so I do and all I get is pickled ginger!!! There is no option for extra Wasabi anywhere and it it very frustrating!! Why can I order extra Wasabi for dine-in but not for take-out/delivery?? I ask for 4 pairs of chopsticks and I get sent 1. Now my friends have to use there hand or forks!!??? It seems like none of the staff at this location care about take-out/delivery customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Fusion Kensington, 17th, and McKnight are well above this location in quality and service. Don't waste your money here.

How much ginger should there be for 6 rolls?If you don't have ginger, tell me, I'll get you a pack.It's a shame for a sushi restaurant to put that much ginger in a batch.

Food was good.Ayce sushi and some ThaiThe atmosphere isn't as cozy as the other places. I didn't see any booths.But overall a good dinner experience

Rolls are good and they follow special requests really well most of the time. There’s just kind of a learning curve to figure out the specific things on the menu to avoid. My mistake today was ordering dessert — fried bananas — and they use the nastiest bananas, the super stringy kind that are brown without being overripe somehow. Kinda nauseating

My partner and I come here all the time. When we think sushi, we think of this location! Out of all the fusions, this one is our favourite.I enjoy the iPad feature and ordering from there. The servers are always making sure that your water is full and your empty plates are gone.The food is just the best here! Very fresh and prepared incredible! So so tasty!Pleasant little area. Very very clean, including the well cleaned bathrooms. I just love this one, and my partner and I will continue to be frequent visitors!

The only option is to order from an iPad. We ordered the All-You-Can-Eat dinner option. Foods were coming fast, while they maintained freshness and taste.We are never disappointed with the service and food at this location.There's plenty of other choices besides the sushi menu: grilled salmon, grilled beef options, vegetable temporas, and the Thai menu options.Beside water, you pay extra for all beverages and tea. However, there's more dessert choices at this location.

One of the better AYCE sushi in town. Nothing social here but for the price tin can’t really go wrong.All the dishes we had special the raw seafood were fresh. They tempura batter is also on point!They offer your typical Japanese AYCE but also offer some Chinese and Thai dishes.They also have good covid protocols.

We arrived in the middle of a snow storm, in a warm place, friendly employees, and the way to order using a tablet, make the experience a very pleasant one.When ordering the buffet, the flavor is well defined and pleasant.the staff is very friendly and helpful, always attentive to the needs of customers.The service is fast and the food is well presented and tastes good.We definitely recommend it, the price for a buffet is reasonably accessible

First time trying out fusion entirely, and there are great things that certainly stand out and a little bit of disappointment.All You Can Eat Sushi style with a mix of other cultures in one. Huge variety of sushi and Japanese dishes to choose from in the menu. It is very similar to One Sushi or Oishi management style with the order tablets. Atmosphere demonstrates Japanese culture clearly.Wait time for your food is astonishingly fast, but the service can be way BETTER. When the servers reach your table, it feels like they're such in a hurry that they just toss your food in the table with no care. It's not too big of a deal since I came here to eat anyway. Until I was paying for my food in which I had a conversation with the staff and the way she talks sounds abrupt and mad.On the food side of things. Definitely some of the best dishes I've tasted. Their chicken kara-age is worth eating over and over again here since it's a little soft and chewy than other restaurants. Crispy is nice too but it doesn't compliment the tenderness of the chicken as much as these guys do. Mackerel Saba is one of my go-to orders along with some Sashimi, takoyaki, etc.Parking will be rough here since this is located in downtown. You would be lucky if you got to park in front of the restaurant. Seating can be tough, but when we got there in rush hour, it wasn't that bad. I would still recommend calling ahead of time to ensure your spot just in case, if applicable.Overall, it's an amazing restaurant to try and enjoy over time from a wide range of dishes to enjoy but lacks the hospitality of a great restaurant.
