I usually dine in happily in this location. but this time I ordered take out. Very disappointed by the quality of salad. Not fresh at all. All go to the garbage.

Everyone is so nice in this location. Waitress Rhonda gave us excellent service. We felt welcomed. The other employees are super nice too, especially the greeting girl.

Swiss Chalet has been a favorite of ours for a long time and this location didn't disappoint. COVID kept us from visiting Canada for too long and it's good to be back. Everything was as as good as we hoped. In fact the chicken was juicier than we remembered. The fries and buttered roll were great as well. Keely was our server and she took great care of us.

Time and time again my family and I come here and Rhonda gives us the best service! When we can, we ask for her specifically. She’s hilarious, friendly and is always accurate even when it’s busy and chaotic in the restaurant.

Katie was supper professional and I did not know quite what I wanted. She helped spend some extra time with me to decide exactly what would be best for my taste buds and she was very polite and patient. The atmosphere at this location is really welcoming and I look forward to my next meal with here.

You always know what you are getting. Simple meals that are a decently healthy option and also inexpensive. There is a good amount of parking here and service was quick. You don't have all kinds of fancy meal options but if you are just craving a simple chicken or rib dinner on a budget, this is the place to be.

I had a good experience at this location. The server was very attentive and polite. Very prompt service. Went on a Saturday evening and it was not busy.The chicken was extremely dry. The chalet sauce was able to make it palatable. Fries are very delicious and lemon pie was a good balance of sweet and sour. The spring rolls were very crispy but the filling was greasy and bland.I'm a fan of the atmosphere because it's nostalgic.If only the food was better, this chain would be a hit with the younger generation.

You have to try this brand name if you are not from Canada. I have never actually tried it from US. My husband introduced it to me and i love their food instantly. The Signature of Swiss Chalet sauce is amazing with the chicken. The combo price is very reasonable. The restaurant is very clear and the service is 10

This Swiss Chalet is amazing! My uncle drives from the States just to enjoy the scrumptious food and amazing environment the restaurant offers. Our waitress Olivia gave us exceptional service and always was ready to give us more Chalet sauces because our family can never have enough! 5 stars for sure:)
