Great impression! We saved by scheduling with a neighbor! Professional even when we had to cancel our 1st appointment with short notice. We were happy we could reschedule! They called before they came, arrived on time, were honest about what to expect for time and explained what they were doing. Will use again & highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of having BritCan come and clean the air ducts at our office. This was something that hadn’t been done for a long time (ever?), and we really needed it! The BritCan team was great at communicating by phone, came to the office and provided an estimate, and then showed up on time on the planned date of service. It was quite the impressive operation, and although the technicians were very busy, they were thorough, polite, and explained things as they completed the service. They even helped to clean up after they had finished everything. I was extremely happy with the job they did, and with their professionalism, and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.

They did a great job, and were friendly, efficient, and mindful of COVID safety. We had a small re-booking issue last time due to hose length and they went out of their way to make up for it this time. We'd have them back any time. (But now we don't need to for another 2-3 years!)

I'm a first time home-owner and was recommended Britcan from a FB group to clean my vents and furnace. Their admin who I called to schedule the appointment with was very friendly and customer care focused. She even offered me a special discount for the entire house! Joe and Kay showed up right on time. Joe was extremely friendly and took the time to educate me on what him and his wife were doing and how they got into the business. I admire their work ethic and how well of a job they did. I will definitely have them back!

Britcan was great. There guys were timely respectful. An accident occurred in which one of the air hoses popped off and damaged a wall. Britcan was on top of it and paid for the repair.10/10 for customer service. Will definitely use again
