Don was very helpful when coming out today for a home inspection. He was diligent, considerate and took the time to educate us. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be completely present due to a seizure disorder that comes and goes. Don spoke softly and slowly and was noticeably making effort to minimize any disturbances from sounds ( ladder placement etc) in respect to my current abilities. That level of professionalism gives me the confidence to rate 5 stars today and recommend him to anyone needing these services in the future.

I did not hire Inspection Proof - instead I was the owner of a home that they inspected. I came home at the end of my work day knowing that an inspection had been completed while I was at work. I came in to my home and was shocked and surprised to see LIGHTS LEFT ON during the day in the upstairs hallway, the empty spare room and outside in the backyard! As I knew that they would be testing my washer I went downstairs to run my towels through that I knew had been in the washer only to find a SOAKING wet tea towel lying on the floor in front of the washer. Next I found that in the 1/2 bath on the main level both the toilet lid and seat were left up (GROSS!!!!) - I am a single woman living on my own....there is no reason for the seats to EVER be left up! The next morning I discovered that many of the outlet power surge breakers that were tested had not been reset which was frustrating. I realize that you are being paid by your client to come and inspect my home.....but please remember you were a guest in my premises and you didn't leave it the way you found it and you made me feel very uncomfortable and unsettled in my own home.

We were very happy with our home inspection! Though buying a new build, we didn't want to proceed without a thorough inspection. Thanks to a certified thermal scan, Don was able to spot a couple of leaks and some areas that required further insulation. Within 24hrs of the inspection, we received a detailed report coupled with photo documentation of all concerning areas. Will be sure to recommend!

Uneducated inspector that lined up trades and engineers that knew nothing about mechanical systems and electrical inspections. Spent a few hours walking around a 22,000 sq ft commercial building and made all these unsubstantiated claims that are not evidence based. Stay away because you are just wasting your money.

Don was fantastic. Incredibly thorough on the inspection, and explained items and answered questions as we went. The reports provided are great and contain lots of detail and images. The whole experience was easy, and Don was just a great dude to be around. I don't even need to worry about who's going to inspect the next house!
