What sets Kingsridge pharmacy apart is the service with a hometown touch! Unlike chain pharmacies (and other business for that matter) the Kingsridge staff (Edward, Tiffany & Co.) has treated all patrons not only as customers but rather as a part of the family. When I have had questions regarding my prescription, or over-the-counter medicine, I have always been listened to attentively and received a fast, helpful answer.I consider myself lucky to live in Oakville so my overall wellbeing is being being tended by the caring Kingsridge’s professionals-thank you for being here.

Edward, Tiffany and all the staff at Kingsridge Pharmacy have been our pharmacists for more than 10 years. They are always courteous and professional. They have amazing customer service. Every time I’ve been there, Edward and his team always assist us with a smile and excellent guidance on our medication inquiries. He also connects with our benefits providers seamlessly. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and have always had impeccable service. They are always quick to get things ready for you even when you don’t call ahead and no matter how busy they are, they always make an effort to make conversation with you. The staff members make picking up your medications an extremely pleasant experience. As well as a huge thanks to Edward for leading a fantastic team, I always look forward to picking up my medications!

Edward, Tiffany and Navine are the VERY BEST. Oakville should be very proud that they have such an efficient, FRIENDLY, and welcoming Pharmacy and Walk-in Clinic. Edward and Tiffany are amazing and have been our pharmacists since we first arrived in Canada. Their support in helping refills on prescriptions and connecting with our Family Doctor is amazing. Service, friendliness and how they connect with us is amazing. I have pharmacies that are closer to my house, but choose to go to Kingsridge for the service!

Over the past 15 years Edward and his team have been tremendously professional and beyond helpful with our family. Edward’s kindness and effort have always exceeded expectations and his personal touch has been exemplary. Despite moving away from Oakville over six years ago we continue to make the drive (45+ min) to see Edward and his amazing staff multiple times per year. With multiple medical challenges we know Edward always does his best to help us navigate OHIP and our Insurers systems and do whatever he can to meet our families needs.

The team at Kingsridge pharmacy is amazing. We have been going here for over 17 years. Edward is always happy to see us and so kind to the whole family. If we have any questions they will answer and they are always doing their best to ensure we have everything we need. We would not go to any other pharmacy.
