The flower arrangement that I received for my birthday is gorgeous! My boyfriend ordered it & was so impressed with the service & the owner interpreted what he wanted easily & turned it into something amazing.The customer service is also great (calling before delivery to ensure someone would be home).Thank you Vanda Florist!

The flowers were beautiful, my mum really loved them and made her feel special. However, the note was not written correctly which incorrect spelling of words. The most disappointing part is that a colleague from Vanda had called my mum the day before the delivery to ask it she would be home the following day - so that ruined the surprise because she knew that she was receiving a delivery from a flower shop. As I am in Ireland, i was really hoping it would be a total surprise for my mum for mothers day. Please pay more attention to these things because your customers are more than likely purchasing flowers as a surprise and by calling the person the day before will ruin the surprise. Knowing this I unfortunately won’t be buying flowers again from Vanda.

My son and daughter in law sent me flowers for mothers day. Knowing that lilies are my favorite, they ordered an arrangement that was full of lilies and lavendar roses. Knowing that I love coloured glass, they ordered an arrangement that had a purple glass vase.What they ordered and what they got were entirely different, I've uploaded pictures. My daughter in law wrote a review and immediately got a phone call from the florist (Vanda) demanding that she remove her review.I'm writing this review today, and including photos. The fact is that they did not get what they ordered. I'm angry that this florist took advantage of my son and his wife and the fact that they ordered online. This is shameful, and so nervy to then demand that the review be removed. WOW. Here's pictures, you decide.

Wonderful service - excellent flowers - very helpful. I ordered over the phone from the US and received wonderful customer service. Pictures of the finished arrangement were emailed to me. They were delivered promptly. If this were a local florist, I would use them as my regular florist.The best customer service I have ever encountered.

I've been a walk-in twice now to order flowers for my Clients. Hanna the owner is so nice and very accommodating! She even remembered me 6 months later! Her flowers are very fresh and she was so quick to assemble them in a beautiful arrangement which my Clients loved! I will definitely come here for all of my flower needs!

I would recommend anyone to order flowers from Vanda Florist. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the flowers. She sent me pictures of the arrangements and even called me to ensure if I'd rather have the flowers delivered tomorrow since she couldn't get a hold of my partner.A true gem and great customer service!Thank you so much Hang!

Vanda Florist came through for me last night (Mother's Day) when Teleflora didn't delivery my mom her flowers until after 9 pm and the flowers were completely hideous. I live in NYC and mom is in Calgary so i have to depend on ordering online. My mom deserved way better than what Teleflora gave her! I messaged Vanda at 9 pm last night describing what happened and Hannah got right back to me within minutes. I could tell she actually cared and wanted to do everything she could to help. She even offered to go back to the shop late last night and do a special delivery at 1030 pm! I mean who else would offer that???This morning Hannah sent me tons of pictures of the arrangement that she put together by herself just for my mom. They were the most gorgeous flowers I have ever seen and my mom was so stunned at their beauty! Even better, my mom felt so special that she had something custom made for her by someone who actually cared. Vanda 100% saved my mom's Mother's Day and I have never seen such amazing customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them anytime I need a gift :)

Absolutely abysmal service. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my spouses’ workplace for Valentine’s day as I was in Winnipeg for work and couldn’t deliver the flowers myself. At 4pm I checked with my wife and she had not received anything, I proceeded to call Vanda florist to check on the status of my order. The answer from Vanda was that the flowers were on their way and should be there soon. I advised the gentleman on the phone that the office where my wife works closes at 5pm and that if the flowers were delivered after this time that no one would be there to receive them. Vanda offered to redirect the delivery to my residence which I though was an acceptable solution. At this point the surprise for my wife was ruined but no big deal, if she got the flowers, I was still happy. I returned from Winnipeg late that night and discovered that some of the flowers were already dead, I asked my wife what time the flowers were delivered, and she said they didn’t get to the house until after 9:15pm at night and she was woken up by the delivery driver. For an expensive bouquet of flowers plus a delivery fee this is unacceptable service, not only did they ruin the surprise they woke my wife and delivered a sub-standard product. The next morning, I called Vanda to explain the issue and I was verbally assaulted by the owner. I asked for a refund and was told I should take it up with Mastercard then the owner hung up on me. I will never spend another cent here and I would advise others to avoid this business.
