I googled Overhead Garage and mistakenly chose the Kasson location (didn’t see the sticker on my door). The guy who answered was very unprofessional and said he could stop by within the next week. I told him I really meeeed someone sooner, so would try another company. He said he was only 15-20 minutes away and I said regardless I need someone sooner than a week. He said he didn’t say it would be a week. I told him I would try someone else. He was very rude. I then looked at the garage door and found your number! From talking to the receptionist who was so nice and tried to troubleshoot with me and had a great sense of humor to the man who showed up the very next day, and found out it was a minor issue, I was so thankful and appreciative. Your company is very professional, compassionate and I will refer you to anyone who would ask me! Thank you again so much!!

My garage door became inoperable.Overhead door were very responsive it was fixed promptly extremely fast and easy to work with.

Your sales staff was very knowledgeable & explained all the features & prices available for our new garage door & opener. The installers were on time, courteous & very careful around the things inside our garage. They also showed me how to use the opener & how to trouble shoot if it wouldn't open. They left the area neat & clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience AND the door looks great!

I called on Friday at 11am with a broken garage door spring. I was told the soonest they would be able to get to me was early the following week. By 3:00 p.m. Friday afternoon to my surprise they arrived and fixed the spring. I had a very positive experience recommend them!!
