I came in wanting the YSL Kate, but didnt know what colour or size and Yinji helped us and was so patient with me! This was my first time purchasing a designer bag and my first experience with designer retail in general (so i was super nervous) and she did a phenomenal job making me feel comfortable and entertained! Very knowledgeable and not pushy, she was honest and upfront about the details of the bags and told us the longevity of the gold is really good which helped me decide over the black on black. I wasnt expecting to buy a card holder but since she made me feel so relaxed and comfy in the store I looked around and saw a beautiful matching one! So I decided to get both hehe. The couches are comfy, we got complimentary perrier sparkling water and the store itself is nice and clean. If you go here, ask for Yinji! She will do a great job :)

My sister and I drove to Toronto to get my wedding shoe! Walk into 4 different stores and couldn’t find anything I like or it was too big! We walk in YSL store and the customer service was great Melissa help me stay in budget and get my wedding shoes! I highly recommend to go and see her! Very polite and funny as well! I had a really good experience here. Karen Wu was the sales associate who assisted me during my visit. I came in for a wallet and she provided a generous variety of options to choose from and explained the details of the 2-year warranty. The wallet I liked was not available so she placed an order for me that would be shipped to the store the following day at the earliest. It came in the next day and she notified me by calling me on her day off work. The wallet was shown to me by another associate in the store and had it in the dust bag, box with ribbon and the store bag.It was just perfect!Will definitely shop at Saint Laurent Yorkdale again.

Spectacular customer service here. Melissa was super helpful and helped us find exactly what we were looking for . She even followed up through text to see how we were liking the product which was nice. Will be back again!

Dealing with Pam was such a great experience. She was helpful and easy to talk to. Helped me pick out a bag for my wife and also helped when my wife came in to exchange the bag for a different style. Thanks again Pam!

The most unprofessional team I’ve ever seen. I purchased a bag, and the next day their manager called me and told me you left your old sunglasses here and took our new one, and we saw this in our camera records. She was accusing me that I stole the sunglasses. She is lucky that I went to the trip. I couldn’t go to the store and ask her to show me the camera records, but I will do it as soon as I get back, and I will talk to their head office for an explanation.

This is my 2nd visit at the YSL Yorkdale store and I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from Mary. She was very patient with me as I took my sweet time checking out several pieces until I finally decided which purse I would go for. Thank you for the pleasant experience Mary! I will definitely be looking for you again the next time I visit the store.

I had the most INCREDIBLE experience with Cindy Palmas, she understood my taste instantly and brought out at least 5 options she thought I would like. She was not pushy, patient and knew we were under a time crunch and made us feel so welcome! I can’t wait to come back abd buy my ysl sunset with her and her team! Truly remarkable service

We were served efficiently and personably. They gift-wrapped our purchase beautifully. And their return policy is great, at 30 days with a receipt. The little purse we got is exquisite and will be a cherished gift for a loved one.

I’m absolutely appalled at this location. Was helped by a male associate who was prompt and I had spoken to him about the wallet I wanted to purchase. He showed me the wallet and I asked for a new one as the one he gave originally was scratched up. He assisted me in my checkout and I come to find out he given me the scratched floor model. I don’t understand how something like this could happen as it’s incredibly unprofessional. Super disappointed in the service today - would’ve been great if I was shown the wallet being put in before he had put it in the box. Sneaky and distrustful.
