Master Decker

Master Decker came and did stamped concrete for our back patio and front walkway. They also power washed and sealed both them and our existing stamped concrete driveway. We were in touch with Kyle most often and he was amazing. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend using them for any stamped concrete jobs you might have.

Kyle and his crew were on time as promised and worked hard in the very high heat we have experienced this summer. His crew was friendly, courteous and professional. We had a new patio poured and our deck cleaned, reconditioned and stained. Excellent value for the work done.

We rented LED lights for a relatively large tree in front of our house from Master Decker. We were very happy with the quality of the lights and services we received from the beginning to the end. Matt responded promptly to all of my emails with clear explanations. When we agreed to use their services, they scheduled us in promptly, showed up on time, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and installed the lights well. Their team was extremely pleasant and courteous. The lights looked beautiful and worked well during the holidays. They showed up as they had indicated in January and took down the lights. The cost was reasonable for the quality of the work and the quality of the lights we received. We will definitely use their services again and highly recommend this group/company.

We had a composite deck built and a concrete pad poured for a hottub/patio in July. We have been enjoying our new back yard for a few months now and are so happy with the final product. We did all of our planning with Kyle and he was extremely easy to work with and helped us plan out a design that we had in mind but had no idea how it would really look when finished. Many crew members worked on the space over the course of a couple weeks and they were all polite and hard working. I honestly wondered when they ever took a break! Joe was on site everyday when the deck was being built and he absolutely blew us away with his attention to detail. The deck looks amazing and we have definitely been recommending this company to family and friends.

We absolutely love our new deck! Using the footprint of our old deck, Master Decker built us exactly what we were looking for. I changed my mind (a few times) about some of the details in the weeks leading up to the build, and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. Kyle and his team were professional and friendly and got the deck built quickly. We highly recommend them!

I can't tell you the number of times my wife and I have gone to look at the fantastic job the workers did. We are extremely happy with it!I think your staff went out of their way. Communication was excellent- from the responses received from office to the hard-working Master Decker staff that completed the job. I sent a few emails and concerns beforehand and they handled each question with professionalism.You can easily tell they even did the small details on the deck, something we were not expecting. We have already received numerous compliments on how good it looks from our neighbours!The gentlemen that completed the job were more than communicative and again the job they did was outstanding! As we are both working from home, we could easily see the non-stop labour.We are extremely satisfied and impressed with the job completed and would/will recommend Master Decker to friends and family.

Kyle and his team were wonderful to work with and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. They were great about making sure they took lunch during our daughter's nap time. Joe and Kyle were amazing!!! They were punctual, communicated well, friendly, and most importantly know what they are doing. The finished product of my concrete driveway and porch steps are unbelievably aesthetically pleasing! They made suggestions for the design accounting for correct slope for water drainage and completed the work in a timely fashion! They went above and beyond…You know it is good work when all of the neighbours are complementing the look as well as how the job was done right and then asking for their contact information !
