The worst after-sales service in pet food industry! They guarantee the “Young Again cat food” is the best in quality, but you may found cat often diarrhea after eating it according to their feeding suggestion, and then, they just say it is your problem and your own risk to buy, no apology for their product defect. The most disgusting, they accept return even open bags from US customers, but No exchange no return from Canadian customers. Unbelievable discriminate !!!
