My 90 year old Mom loves her cut! Assuming you are younger, you'll probably be ok too!

Kim cut my three year old sons hair and did an amazing job. She was kind, patient and gave him a great hair cut:)

Zero skills, the haircut was done in 10 minutes max for my son, a lot of bumps left. I will never go back. $27 for what? Very disappointed.

NEVER again!!I gave instructions “1.5 on the sides and the back, and scissors to blend the top” She fires up the clippers and went nuts on my entire head!!!! Yes, with 1.5. She was reading off some little paper which obviously did not apply to ME!!unskilled is one thing, not listening to your client is far worse.UPDATE March 14, 2023I received a call today from the manager “Kim”. She was very apologetic and willing to compensate for the mishap. Most importantly, her responding to the situation was above and beyond that of many businesses. That in itself demonstrates integrity and professionalism. Once my hair has a chance to grow, I will take her up on her offer. Everyone deserves a second chance when they acknowledge there was a failure.

If 0 stars was possible I would give them that. I went in last night for just a simple trim and some long layers. I usually don’t like to come here but I had a event this weekend and needed a quick fresh up.I end up with every single piece of hair a different length, all of it choppy and uneven. Listen, I get it you get what you pay for but still a 5 year could have done this. I’m mortified and will have to wait until my usually stylist is back from vacation to fix this! I’m not the one to complain at all but trust me if you have another option choose that one!

DO NOT put your hair in the hands of the red haired lady.I have dense and curly hair. So I asked for 1 inch off from the top, and to trim and even out the sides and back a little.Without warning she just took a clipper and shaved off my right side to show as an example. It looks absolutely terrible now.Also, she wanted to make my hair wet so she could cut it more easily. So she used incredibly hot water and it rushed into my ears and forehead and burnt me. She didn't take any proper care.Then, she starts defending how it was my mistake that she ruined my sides and that's infuriating to me.The woman overall is a nice woman. But that doesn't mean anything if the service is horrible. I'll never be coming back to great clips again.I rarely ever write reviews. But hair doesn't grow back at will and it's incredibly enraging when someone messes it up.

Been there many times, always good but a few times I got the same barber and each time she completely ruined my hair.Even with explaining step by step instructions to her she did not listen and just ruined it.Very rude and never listens.Had a wedding to attend this weekend and I look ridiculous.

My first time to Great Clips in years and my first time at this location ever. Wow! What an amazing experience. Farah (my stylist) made me feel like I was her only priority for the day. She gave me an amazing haircut and recommended products and gave tips that would help my hair health for the long term. There was NO upselling whatsoever. Just a simple explanation of a product that she recommended would benefit my hair and style. I’ve always had issues with my hair and getting it cut, but now I know I don’t have to deal with those issues. Thank you, Farah, and everyone at Great Clips!

It was good, I took my son for a haircut and it was done perfect.

We have been coming to this location for a few years now. I strictly go to a lady there named Susanna. She is the best person we have ever been to for my son’s haircut. She takes the time to make sure it is absolutely perfect.My son also says that he loves going to get his hair cut because his hair dresser is so nice and friendly to him and his hair looks perfect every time.
