LCI is a really good place to go, I have went their multiple times and they've never failed to meet my expectations, matter fact they did an outstanding job. For all people looking for a good, and trust worthy place that will get the job done, I guarantee LCI is the best in the KW region. Amazing services and the workers make your day better with their cheerful smiles and great attitudes. Over all I'd rate it 9/10 stars in quality and services. Enjoyed going there a lot, I will be sure to come back very soon for my touch ups.

When I purchased my hair removal at LCI, I was told that i had a lifetime warranty of free touch ups. When i called to book a touch up today, i was informed that my warranty expired, and could no longer recieve free touch ups. When I asked why i was told that i had lifetime touch ups when that infact wasn't the case, the employee told me that the company changed to a privately owned company now and the new owners do not do free touch ups. I asked to speak to a manager or owner of this private compay, and her exact words were no

Extremely satisfied with the results!I did 6 treatments of the full face and neck to remove my beard, saw results after the first session and massive reductions in each following session.I was nervous about it being a home business but the setup is very professional, it feels like being in a clinic. It was affordable, and I was able to get a price matched from another source. I prepaid and had no problems scheduling further appointments. I was able to reach the business by bus with only a short walk. The owner was very accommodating of my rescheduling and always made me feel comfortable.Really an excellent service all around.

Samar is awesome, she is always so patient and flexible and makes you feel comfortable. The prices are fair as she does her best to adjust and work with you to get the results you need!

DO NOT TRUST!I signed up for laser hair removal 12 sessions at $339 per session/month. After I was supposed to receive lifetime touch ups every 6 months as needed. My laser practitioner said the procedure was guaranteed to permanently remove my hair as I was a perfect type and skin colour for this procedure to work and that's why it came with the lifetime touch up clause.I completed the 12 sessions costing more than $4,000 and still had the same amount of hair grow back just not as fast. After the first 6 months I called back for a touch up and they changed owners and said my contract doesn't exist anymore. So I'm $4,000 out with no results and no guarantee that was in my contract and all after they said my skin type and hair colour was perfect for this procedure! Buyer beware LCI Lasercom Clinics (Kitchener Location) doesn't even have a website to view. They are a fly by night business that will steal your money!!! Do not trust!

1 star would be a compliment for this business. DON’T THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE TRASH! I lost almost $200 with by making the poor decision to purchase laser hair removal treatments from them. The lady on the phone was always rude or she wouldn’t answer me at all, making it so difficult for me to take advantage of the treatments before they expired. I still want my money back. This woman is a scam artist. This business is trash, a complete joke and should be shut down.

I purchased a 6 visit package for laser hair removal as a gift for my daughter through Groupon for $179. I feel that this company really does not want to fulfill the terms of the offer I purchased, and has purposely made it difficult to take advantage of the offer. I would assume the deep discounts it states are a part of the offer are not in their interest to honour if it`s not absolutely convenient for them.The first appointment went fine at 1pm and she booked her 2nd appointment with a woman at the desk for the same time as the initial appointment, 6 weeks later.Upon arriving , for the second appointment at 1pm my daughter was told by the same woman she was 3 hrs late. After rudely her, and my daughter not engaging her or calling out how poorly she was being treated, the woman agreed to honour that appointment and at the same time, rebooked her 3rd appointment for 10 weeks later. My daughter reminded her it was supposed to be 6 weeks between appointments but the woman angrily confirmed the appointment month as April a second time, at which point my daughter entered it into her calendar.When my daughter arrived for her 3rd appointment the same woman told her she missed her appointment by a week. My daughter showed her the appointment she had scheduled in her calendar. The woman became angry stating she never made mistakes and that the appointment had actually been missed by a full month. After a frustrating discussion where the woman took no accountability at all, that 3rd appointment took place and my daughter booked the 4th appointment. The woman condescendingly told her this was her last chance and not to 'miss' another appointment.On the morning of the 4th appointment, my daughter was admitted to the hospital for kidney stones. I called on my daughter's behalf to advise them my daughter would miss her appointment and that I was worried she would not be treated fairly despite this being outside her control because she had already been told it was her last chance. The woman I spoke to then began to rant that my daughter was irresponsible. What parent would not side with their child. However it wasn`t that but the fact that the woman would not even allow me to speak and continued to rant about my daughter and that the mistake had not been hers. The woman became louder and louder stating how she never made mistakes and the only person who ever complained or had a problem was my daughter. I explained how her rudeness with me was unacceptable and that I wanted to speak with her boss. She refused to allow me to. I asked her to take a message and have her boss or the owner to call me back but she would not confirm that she would pass that request along. She was yelling at me when I finally had to disconnect the call. I was so embarrassed and although I was whispering in the hospital waiting room, everyone heard the majority of the conversation.No one has responded to my request to lodge a complaint. Of course my daughter is uncomfortable calling or returning and I don't think I want her subjecting herself to a laser after what transpired.Ultimately we only received 1/2 the value of the package.

Was helpful with everything I asked for, and gave me great deals. One of the highest quality service I've ever dealt with.
