Running Room

Upon my arrival to the store, Steve M was attentive and had a great attitude. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed someone to tell me what type of runner was best for me and he did that as well as explain why. He actually physically pointed out things on the bottom of my old runner. He provided additional information about my shoe that was useful - like the scarcity of that particular type. He's very respectful too. He wore a mask, there's hand sanitizer by the open door (for air circulation). This means a lot for someone who is immunocompromised. We're not over the Pandemic yet. The manager was there as well and she was nice too. I've gone to Running Room many times before and will continue too. They're awesome!

Exceptional service and great selection of running shoes. Staff were very patient with me and helped me make a more informed choice on runners. I left as a very satisfied customer with a comfortable pair of running shoes; sized and cushioned just right thanks to their help.

Highly recommend! Went in looking for standard running shoes.. And the staff quickly worked out I needed wider shoes (which they had a variety of), and got my right size. Tried them out this afternoon and took 2min off my 5km time and didn't get numb feet for the first time in ages. Couldn't be happier. (Plus were Covid conscious with in store precautions etc).

Before going to running room I bought shoes at three different stores, all resulting in bad customer service and uncomfortable shoes. The experience at the running room was sobering, as the employees instantly diagnosed my foot size/shape and prescribed a plethora of perfect shoes. You would be pressed to find employees with more expertise and charisma in the country, let alone Vancouver. Thank you for providing the expertise the running community needs.

I bought few shoes in th past few years from them . They have competitive price and very knowledgeable about their product.

Would hit you guys up with 10 stars if I could. I very rarely write reviews, but the guy (Older bloke) from Alberta, is an absolute star. He gave me a good half an hour of his time and took me through a tone of options, he was incredibly informative and really worked with me to find the best shoe for my feet. I'm so glad I went along, I'd heard some good reviews from pals and they really stood up. This guy is the perfect combo of well informed without being patronizing, just a really sound bloke. Its tough when you are fairly new to running, sometimes as trivial as a new pair of run shoes sound, it can be a bit overwhelming the thought of spending $120+ on something you know little about. You guys are a great example of how to do customer care right.Well happy with my sneaks!

First experience here- came to return a pair of shoes I ordered online because they weren't the right fit for me and they helped me find something that would work much better. They were really friendly and know their product and get to know their customers needs

Moved to Vancouver and so glad to find this running room :). Great service and awesome staff. So many places to run here too...loving it.

SUCH AWESOME SERVICE! I buy my flip flops at the Running Room because I have lower back issues and their products are always so good and feel so great when I walk. I never have a sore back at the end of the day. Trust me they're worth the investment but they are not cheep because they are very good quality. I was in the store no more than 2 weeks ago and bought this very pair and then babysat my sister's new puppy who also really loved my new shoes. :( I went back to replace my new favorite flip flops bc of my back, even though times are tough right now, and they were so sweet and gave me at 20% sympathy discount!!!! Customer service has not disappeared people, it exists in this store. Thank you Running Room!
