Love this location! The girls here are all amazing! Especially the new manager Emma! She always makes me feel so welcome and has amazing information about everything. Showed me the redlight after I said I had skin problems and already my eczema feels like its healing. Thank you so much!

Love this studio! Staff is so friendly every time. Been going here a while for Red Light and Tanning. They’re doing renos, new floors are gorgeous, and the studio is looking so fresh and clean!

I tan here and the staff here are great. The cleanest fabutan I've ever been too and always great product selection. Emma suggested redlight and even after the first time I went I felt a difference. I got in a crash 2 years ago and broke my arm. It never healed right and is always achey. Since starting redlight and following her directions that ache is gone. She is a phenomenal person and her customer service is top notch.One time I was coming out of my tan and there was a lady that walked in and was screaming at her. I was going to help, but she was able to talk to the lady and get her to calm down so fast. Ive never seen someone able to handle a Karen" like that with such grace and elegance before and it truly shows how capable and incredible Emma is. I'm rambling

Went here for my first spray tan ever & I have to say I’m really disappointed with my results. I specifically told them I was getting it done for a dance competition and needed to be pretty dark, they recommended medium for me. After I left they told me to keep it on for 8h depending how dark I wanted to be. I ended up not showering until the next day and it hardly did anything, I had a little color but no where near how dark I need to be. I called them the day after to let them know I was disappointed and the lady on the phone was rude and brushed me off, telling me I should of done darker if it was for a dance competition even though when I was in I had told them I was getting for a competition.. this is very disappointing as I was excited for my first spray tan but don’t think I’ll be getting it done again due to this experience. It’s even more frustrating that the self tanner I ended up using to get dark enough worked better than their spray tan. Overall very disappointing

Very disappointed with my lashes!!Too much glue was added and needed to have them removed the next day.It took 2.5 hours to have a volume lash done, then the next day 30 minutes to have them removed.Booked for the following week with their top lash expert. The day before the appointment I called to push the time from 4 pm to 5 pm. Then when I arrived the stylist had left because she had not been informed of the time changed.I asked for the owner to call me over a week ago and I still haven’t heard from her or him.So all in all I lost a lot of time and money to have my lashes done, all for nothing!The only positive I can say is that the staffs are all super nice.Ok now it’s 4weeks later and still haven’t heard from the owner and haven’t received my money back!Stay away from that Fabutan, extremely dissatisfied!

Don’t waste your time coming here. Got turned away for it not being a “full 24 hours” since the last time I tanned, even tho it was a new day ??? 4 hours off of the 24 hours and was very rudely denied. Have never experienced such horrible customer service from any other fabutan, or been told I have to wait until the same time the next day to tan because of their 24 hour policy. Absolutely ridiculous. The building is also old and the parking stalls are too small to fit a regular car in. Litterally any other fabutan would be better in the city. 0 stars

I have been a customer with Fabutan for 5 years since 2018 and using services at different locations in Vancouver & all around the Okanagan, Toronto, and Calgary, and THIS location is by far the best Fabutan I have been to so far in my opinion!The studio manager Chantelle is an incredibly amazing person who would go out of her way to provide you with the best services. She built amazing relationships with the clientele including myself & my boyfriend. I have witnessed her conversations with other clients and everyone absolutely loves her and even travels across the city just to come to this location, and we ourselves love to come down to this studio specifically for the same reason as it’s so spacious and beautiful and we get treated like king and queen here. Other employees such as Shelby are also very helpful, well-trained & respectful as well! Overall 10/10.I heard the owner also has 6 other studios all around Calgary and I’d be down to try out her other locations as well, judging from how well she trained her employees!

Great service! Kristine is so amazing! I just got my lashes done a few days ago and I'm in love with them! I found the place adorable, all the staff were super nice. If you're looking to get yours done definitely try this place out.
