I've been here twice in 3 years. Both times I was so happy with their service and that they are so accommodating. Fast and affordable when my iMac died, they had it back in 2 days going in on a Saturday. Thank you!

Worst service and speed of any company in region. They constantly bounce between servers and you never get the speed you pay for. Customer service is non existent what you would expect from a very poorly run business. I was paying $65 a month for 40mbps cogeco offered me same price for 1000mbps no brainer to change. I encourage everyone to call around and cancel your existing service with this company

After having internet issues with Virgin for two months and no one was able to fix it, I went here and im so so so happy with the customer service and the internet provided. Will definitely continue to use their service! More than pleased with ny whole experience and the price is more than reasonable!

I have been with Vaxxine for many years... My email Inbox on my iPhone 12 and all previous iPhones, keep receiving old emails after I have received them once already... this usually happens within 24 hours or 7 days, and can give me anything from 6 aged emails up, on a regular basis. Today I received 235 previous emails... not a happy camper, then after removing all the emails I received an additional 80 - 100 messages.Does anyone else experience this issue?P>S> The rest of there service has been fine, but now I'm undecided on renewal (Jan/2022)... HELP

My first time going here I was very satisfied overall. They were very clear about the process, offer services through apple care and were very timely about fixing the issue I had with my computer.I went back a couple weeks later with an issue I had with another computer. I dropped it off, and they again explained the labour fee that would be charged if I didn't have apple care. That same day, 30 minutes after dropping my computer off, I received a call saying they looked at my computer, and had multiple options for me to choose from. They were expensive fixes and weren't a necessity for me so I went to pick up my computer. For LOOKING at my computer I was charged a labour fee, this was NOT explained at either exchange. I was told this fee would be charged if they fixed or attempted to fix my computer, it was NOT explained that because they couldn't spare 2 minutes of their time while I was dropping off to let me know whether they could fix it or not that I would now be charged a labour fee PLUS tax! I'll pay fees, but the lack of clear communication by Vaxxine was ridiculous. Did I mention I drove 45 minutes to pay for this ridiculous fee?! Very disappointed, I do not recommend going here; they take advantage of customers in need of help, absolutely brutal.

We love Vaccine. Since before when other companies let's call them Spell,Dogico ...Now --these places weren't even offering unlimited internet fixed prices years ago.#1 What we really do like about Vaccine is that when we call there for anything,- you talk to a Real living person and Reception is always the same familiar voice . With that being said don't pass them by thinking there too small for your needs just check them out! The only small thing about them will be your bill.

I’m a super basic computer user as I believe free time should be spent outside! HahahBut I have had internet with them for one year now and it’s the cheapest, and thee customer service is super cool , good people. Always Katharine that answers and she’s awesome. Maybe the bad reviews are from mega computer users I dunno but for the basic family usage, Netflix, YouTube, etc , it’s the best

Been with Vaxxine for several years. We live in retirement residence and are locked into Cable service. We have to have VOIP. All of Vaxxine's staff know their craft and go the extra mile when needed to support customers needs. Dave, the owner/operator seems to work 24/7. As a customer, they have also helped me to learn some tech stuff at age 85. Thank you. Andy
