Worst broker ever, companies should stop doing business with them , zero star if possible.Don’t care about driver’s time at the border.This is the second time they ruined my Weekend.They should be shameful on themselves.

I should have given - rating. Waiting for clearance for hours. First i waited on gas station for 15 hours, once they make it accepted and then put autoparts as agricultural load. Now I am waiting at customs warehouse for hours and hours just to get the description changed

Worst custom broker.Waiting at Border from last 14 hours and they are saying we cannot do anything you can talk to Canada Customs.If we need to talk to them then what you guys doing Shut your brokerage and go home. Stop wasting others times

Worst customs broker ever.. i work short haul and my company pickup loads for loblaws. These slowest ppl clear their loads...3-4 hour is drive from shipper to my yard.. and after reaching at border what i heard from them is paperwork still in queue not sent to customs..so many times this happened..keep on waiting hours at border... they talk rudely aswell if call them or many time they stop picking up calls..they should be out of business..

This is my first ever review , I have a lot of patience. But farrowIs the worst customs broker I ever used. Sent them paperwork 24 hours in advance and still driver waited at the border for 30 hours. All they can say when you call for update that they will expedite and inform the team immediately. I used to clear these loads with some other customs broker and it was easy and fast clearance within 2 hours.I am not saying farrow is bad , these employees getting paid for working from home do not want to work, farrow should look into this other wise their repo will be zero very soon.

this is my first review I've ever written. And probably my last because I have extreme patience. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY HANDS DOWN. STAY AWAY FROM USING THERE SERVICES. WAITING AT THE BORDER FOR 24 HOURS FOR LOAD CLEARANCE.There excuse is people r working from home.. awe I'm sorry ppl have to work while in there beds. Incompetent lazy employees.

Worst customer service. the people work here are rude they dont know how to talk on the phone it has happened multiple times. Waiting in border 15 hours broker they didn't give any answer what's wrong the lord worst custom broker
