Sheridan College Trafalgar Road Campus

Clean, spacious, great tech lab, lots of Macs, great art store, but pricey, it's also a maze, but you'll get accustomed, very creative campus, lots of artwork, hallways full of concept/process work, delightful, lots of parking, decent food selection, some variety on and off campus.

TLDR: for all you young or old motherfuxkers out there who happen to see this review take this. IF YOU ARE NOT ONE HUNDRED PERCENT COMMITTED TO WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO STUDY, EITHER SAVE THE TIME AND MONEY OR MAKE SURE YOU ARE FOR SURE GOING TO GET THOSE GOOD GRADES.FUXK EVERYONE AND ANYONE ELSE AND SUCCEED IN WHAT YOU FIND PASSIONATE, AND DO NOT LET ANYONE CENSOR YOU.SO! For any of you future studious fans who want to get a new diploma or whatever the fuxk it is. If you’re NEW, take a second a ensure what you are investing in here is going to be something you will ENJOY and that NOTHING will bother you. Don’t be me, going here to study Photography because I “LIKED” it. Also, racism exists still sooooo just tread lightly here and there if you don’t feel the way you usually do because of nothing. (Subliminal message) Subliminal message.

The Comp and Benefits program has tanked under the Associate Director.The program had some excellent instructors but they have all left in 2022.Amazing how one person decimates an entire program.Take your courses elsewhere for your own good.Employers are not hiring from Sheridan College.More complaints from students who are now dealing with instructors who do not know their material.Choose your education wisely. Avoid Sheridan.

Worst decision to get admission in this college. They have wasted my one whole year will file a complaint against them . They dont provide any information on time. They dont care about students' life or career. They dont have sense to talk with students. Will not recommend this college to anyone nd will file a complaint.

Had and still having a bad experience. I applied last year forJanuary 2023 intake. My visa got denied. I requested a refund from the school since same January, I have sent mails upon mails and it feels like I got scammed. I need my money back but they aren’t saying anything. I don’t recommend at all and I wish I could give a zero star to be very honest .

It’s a good campus, I wouldn’t say it’s the best but compared to other Sheridan campuses this one is far better, here people actually hangout and this place feels lively unlike other campuses, the the Oakville area is a dead area

My friend who is Sheridan business graduate and did several continuing ed courses after graduation, and gave so much business to the college, applied many times to get entry level job at the college, but they did not give him a chance and did not hire him. So, I would rather go to a different college, and would recommend the same to others.

It is Feb last weekend and this college has still not given out the T4s to staff for 2022! Almost all other employers in the province have provided the T4s for their employees. Go figure!

I went to a campus tour in Oakville and it was wonderful, is so big and the students are very good and artistic.The Food court is big, will be nice if they put more vegan options.They told me that you can apply for scholarships only after you start your degree and from what I understand they are not available for foreigners, so if you want to come study as a foreigner save a lot of money.

My response was too long and even when I shortened it to meet the required length it still is giving me an error, not allowing me to post. Anyhow, Beautiful Campus, Top End School (Specifically Tech/Art), Viable option for future success and employment! If you are one of those parents with a child who knows what they want to do when they are older by grade 8, this school could be it for you! If your child is artistic and wants to be a Graphics Designer than have them take Applied (Easier) Math’s & English Courses compared to Academic (University Prerequisites). You can find their niche, find the company that they would be best suited in, go get your 2 year Graphics Designer Diploma from this beautiful, terrific and top end school! Apply for jobs at your dream company and have your child start working their Career by the age of 19, by 30 they will have so many options, possibly moved quite far up the corporate ladder, won’t have massive student loans more associated to attending University! Sheridan College is undoubtedly a terrific path to success for students at a young age, especially when it comes to Tech/Art and or Trade’s like Carpentry! If I had to do it all over again, there is a very big chance I would of just attended college and went from their. Many of my friends who chose that route are doing very well, own their own homes and were able to actually make it on their own, which these days is feeling like the impossible and the inevitable for the graduating students and all youth. How can a student who comes from a broken home and or a home situation without financial assistance get out of that! How can they afford to even pay rent in Oakville, when will they ever be able to afford a home? That’s why, I am claiming to this to be fact, in most cases College is the better option than University for the majority of students!
