We had a great time at their fund raising event for the associated dance troupe. The volunteers were awesome and while the offerings for the event we went to were simple the trivia entertainment was top notch.

A small, welcoming building - full of people that are very proud of their Scandinavian culture! Language classes here are lovely; it's great that they're offered here for someone looking to learn one of the languages that they offer (I took Norwegian lessons), as it's way different to learn something in person/verbally, to with an app or book.

Amazing super friendly club, very welcoming and all the events I went to with the wife was super fun! The only thing is that it's a far walk from portage if you are walking.

This fully accessible cultural centre boasts many activities, cultural events and learning opportunities (stitching, knitting, language classes) from the 5 Scandinavian states - Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Sweden and Norway. The annual Christmas Market is an excellent opportunity to buy crafts, true ethnic baked goods and more. The excellent dining room offers Friday lunch and Sunday brunch. Be sure to try the soups, open faced sandwiches and yummy desserts along with your favourite beverage. Well worth a trip.

We went to the Scandinavian pavilion for Folklorama. We booked tickets online so we would be assured of a seat. The venue was small, but not too crowded. The food and drinks were excellent. The show was entertaining with music and dance. The cultural displays upstairs were interesting. Very friendly volunteers!
