Don't go to this location if you plan on using drive thru. Hostile staff rush you along and are quickly irritated when you correct your order (when appeared incorrectly through screen). Got my entire order wrong anyways and was missing items already paid for. It was not busy as I beat the lunch time rush. Extremely unpleasant experience with present staff, would not come to this location again.

Enjoyed sitting around the faux fireplace chatting. The food prep was incredibly fast given the length of the drive through line-up. The lettuce and tomato in the breakfast sandwich were fresh but I like my breakfast a bit warmer for the egg, bacon and bagel .

My wife was unsatisfied with her food and asked for it to be remade and the staff refused. Overall bad service, bad food, lazy staff. Do better.

Nice and clean. When we were their today, I think it was the actual manager cleaning the windows. I have never said Tim's was nice and clean. They are either ok or dirty or somewhere in between. And I've had Timmies in all provinces of this one was clean.

upper managment needs to get it together and figure out how to improve efficiencey. not blaming staff, they just do thier best with what they get.

During the afternoon, around at 8:00pm, The Indian music was very loud. As I'm not from that culture, I believe it's more polite to leave local music where the customer doesn't feel uncomfortable.

Just went got a couple farmers wraps through the drive thru and to my surprise there was eggshells in my wrap. I’m conflicted because it ruined my meal but it’s also nice to know they use fresh eggs!Service here is a little slower than other locations in town. Not sure why the drive thru has 2 lanes when they only help one customer at a time.Nice to have a Tim’s right by Copperwood!

Went here twice recently to get food for my daughter who was playing in a tournament. Service was excruciatingly slow both times, server had to check if each item was actually available as I ordered it, several things were not available and then, after 25 minutes my order was wrong. Go to a different Tims!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the absolute worst. They are always out of everything by 4pm. I hope they get better staffing, and better organization.
